I really like this, Pakistan have made good starts but it's can they keep that discipline going without making a silly decision, can they keep the momentum.

Gull Feroza's back foot never lifted from the pitch for a second. As you were.

  3. Umpire reviewpublished at 7.4 overs

A switch of ends for leggy Sarah Glenn as England seek a wicket to try and stymie Pakistan's increasing momentum.

It is a rare false shot from Gull Feroza as she misses a sweep shot and Amy Jones whips off the bails.

She looked to have kept her back leg grounded but the umpire asks for a look upstairs.

  4. Pak 52-0published at 7 overs

Gull Feroza is seeing it like a beach ball at the moment. She plays an almost dismissive drive over long-off and to the rope.

177 would be Pakistan's record T20 run chase.

    They couldn't, could they?

  5. Pak 45-0published at 6 overs

Gull Feroza does not care for Sophie Ecclestone's reputation. She has clubbed the left-armer down the ground for yet another four.

Pakistan have done everything right so far and reach the end of the powerplay up with the run rate.

    Can they sustain it though?

England have just had a couple of expensive overs, I can't see Pakistan bringing it back but for teams like them, you want to see them take those small wins. Things are going to get interesting now with Ecclestone bowling, one of the best spin bowlers in the world.

    Target 177

That's a lovely shot from Sidra Ameen, who steps back into her crease before pulling new bowler Sarah Glenn through deep backward square leg for her fourth boundary of the innings already.

Pakistan are actually four runs ahead of where England were at this stage.

Heather Knight turns to the number one T20 bowler in the world, Sophie Ecclestone.

Every single delivery has been more than 70 miles an hour for Lauren Bell, for fans it’s exciting, for her it’s just about getting that consistency.

If you are just joining us England won the toss and were all out for 176, with Danni Wyatt smashing 87 off 48 balls - though she was also dropped three times.

Here is the best of her innings.

Lauren Filer continues down the slope and is giving it everything to generate some pace - with every single delivery in excess of 70mph.

Just a wide and single off it. England needed that after an expensive opening.

For Sidra Ameen to be able to move her body out of the line of the ball when she realised she wasn't in the right position, then quickly flick of the ball, it takes some skill. Pakistan are off to a flying start today.

  12. Pak 32-0published at 3 overs

This is turning into quite the start for Pakistan.

Sidra Ameen smashes Charlie Dean for back-to-back boundaries - the first past cover and the second through point - before Dean strays down leg for five wides.

Gull Feroza then joins the party with a cheeky scoop shot over the wicketkeeper and down to the rope.

18 runs off the over and the Pakistan fans at Headingley are loving it.

Lauren Filer is back into the team today and straight into the attack, but it is not the most fluent of starts.

She oversteps for a pretty hefty no-ball, though the free hit only costs a single. But Filer then strays down leg and gives Gull Feroza the simple opportunity to flick away to the rope.

    Another good over for Pakistan.

Alex Hartley is giving Pakistan a 1% chance of victory, but Winviz is more generous - suggesting a 15% chance.

    Target 177

Thanks, Mike - that was quick.

Gull Feroza and Sidra Ameen are once again opening the batting for Pakistan, with Charlie Dean opening up for England.

Ameen is looking in good touch early on as she rocks back and clatters a short delivery through the covers for four.

A strong start by Pakistan, but with that imposing target they need to keep it up.

It's been a quick turnaround at Headingley - the England tailenders raced off the field to get ready and the hosts are already back out there, hoping to take some quick Pakistan wickets.

To see if they can, here's Tom Mallows.

England opener Danni Wyatt speaking to Sky Sports: "I haven't done much the first two games of the series so I was desperate for a score. But that's cricket, especially T20s, it is so up and down.

"It is a pretty decent pitch with a quick outfield. So I just kept it simple, put pressure and the bowlers and run well.

"When I look back at my career when I've been at my best I've shown intent and I will keep doing that. My job is to get the team off to the best start. You will fail more than succeed but ultimately you have to try and perform for the team and not yourself.

"I'd say the score is about par. Hopefully the bowlers can have a nice day out and finish them off."

    Well, that was quite something.

Ten England wickets fell, six catches and three run outs, but Pakistan spilled multiple chances.

Meanwhile the hosts rattled along to their highest score of the three-match series, with Danni Wyatt coming back into form with a superb 87 from 48 balls.

Filer run out 2 (Eng 176 all out)

    Chaos!

Filer plays a cheeky scoop shot over the keeper, really quite daring for a number eleven. There's a short fine fielder who tries to run round and take the catch, but can't hold on.

Their throw finds a gap among the Pakistan fielders closing on the wicket and the England batters are able to run two, before offering an easy run out by going for a third, Filer going at the bowler's end.
