    Mercedes tell George Russell to box and the British driver comes in for the hards and is back out in eighth place.

    McLaren did do a little fake out on their rivals a few laps earlier, seemingly getting ready to take in Oscar Piastri, but the Australian has stayed out and is now in third spot.

    Lando Norris collects another fastest lap in the rapid McLaren and is now 19 seconds clear of the Red Bull of Max Verstappen. The pair are still on the their starting medium tyre, with the Mercedes of George Russell just behind in P3 after Lewis Hamilton's stop a few laps ago - a strategy the seven-time world champion is not too pleased with.

    McLaren are telling Lando Norris they want him to go as long as possible on his medium tyres, so look after that yellow rubber as best you can. The gap between himself and Max Verstappen in second is now 16.3 seconds.

    Hamilton managed to make his tyres last 18 laps, Pirelli predicted 19 for the softs and in a couple of laps time we should expect the medium runners to come in [to the pits].

    Lewis Hamilton reaches the back of the Haas of Kevin Magnussen in his bid to climb up the field and a quick shimmy to the outside of the Dane to take P12.

    However, Hamilton thinks he may have clipped the wall coming out of the pits earlier on.
