When the going gets tough for the riders, the support along the route is vital to keep spirits up.
It's groups like you guys that help make that great atmosphere 🙋🙋

But, speaking about men in lycra, here's a scoop from our man on the course....
The public announcer has just revealed that Sir Bradley Wiggins is riding the 100 today.
Apparently he's taking his time and posing for lots of photos.
Send in your selfie's with the great man if you get them, using #RideLondon!
Hugh Brasher, the event director for RideLondon, has been keen to get the demographic for the ride beyond the stereotype.
To achieve this the organisers have been finding opportunities to get kids of all ages on bikes, including two-time Olympic gold medallist Nicola Adams, who will be out there today on her first cycling endurance ride.
We'll catch up with Nicola again soon, but here's what she had to say about the switch from boxing to cycling at the start of her RideLondon 46 journey.
RideLondon 46: Olympic champion Nicola Adams prepares for 46-mile ride
A very long way.
We're excited and nervous for you Jake!

.....and for those who set off super early this morning:
Beautiful setting here at the finish line on The Mall. Won't be long before cyclists in their thousands will be completing their final few metres of the 2017 RideLondon.
Excited, nervous, impatient, hungry!
How does it feel to wait on the start line before taking on the RideLondon 100?

For anyone setting off on the RideLondon 46 this morning, this is your motivational carrot, so to speak...
RideLondon 46 medals
Looks like we've been blessed with better conditions than yesterday's Classique and FreeCycle for today's rides.
Not too hot, no slippery roads and no pesky winds..

BBC Sport at RideLondon
One of our BBC Sport colleagues is down in London riding the 100 and she'll be keeping us posted along the way......
The bicycle mechanics are busy as riders want a final check over of their bikes before they set off on the 100 or 46 milers.
And the cyclists friend - caffeine - is in demand as riders sneak a quick fix before they set off for a few hours in the saddle.
But let's get back to London and tell you what's already happening out there and what's coming up....
You'll be able to watch live BBC TV coverage of the 46 & 100 rides from 11:00-12:00 BST and uninterrupted coverage of the Classic from 13:40-18:35 BST at the top of this page.
And you can find out what it takes to become a BMX racer from Beth herself.....
British BMX racer, Beth Shriever
Speaking of BMX, congratulations to Britain's Beth Shriever, who won the Junior Women's BMX World title in the United States overnight!

This is the fifth year of RideLondon, which was first held in 2013 as a legacy of the 2012 London Olympic Games.
It's developed over that time into a multi-faceted event spread over three days.
So, as we said, some of the stuff has already happened this weekend:
You can relive the Classique on the iPlayer and here's a flavour of what's been happening during the other events.......
The RideLondon fun has been happening all weekend

I went riding on my bike
With a spanner, pump, back and front light
That's all I need to ride in
A marathon I'm entering
I'm raising for a charity
Sponsors come running to me
.....those are the words of London legends Madness back in 1982* and are still just as appropriate for today.
Yes, this weekend the capital has been taken over by the humble pushbike and we'll be catching up with what's happened so far and taking you through all of today's action as tens of thousands of people take to the streets of London and Surrey on two wheels.
Some have and will be out to win (Saturday's Classique and this afternoon's Classic), some raising money for particular charities or causes, some taking on a challenge for health reasons and some just for the fun of it.
We'll tell you their tales and give you tips for a better ride.
Swing your leg over and clip in - let's go cycling!
