Everyone's having their dinner by the sounds of it, it's all gone very quiet.
Where are Tottenham and Harry Redknapp when you need them? This sort of lull is made for them...
Darren in Newcastle: No one else for Man City. My wife is in London and has just seen Manuel Pellegrini shopping in Harrods. I am back in Newcastle and have just seen Joe Kinnear doing his weekly shop in Lidl. Never mind - we've still got the derby to look forward to!
Rob in Southampton: Liverpool need three players if we are to challenge, but all officials seem to be stuck in the Ukraine.
David: Kallstrom is still having his medical?! The poor man will be exhausted, we'll need a signing to provide cover for him at this rate.
BBC Sport's Ben Smith
"Liverpool are putting all their efforts into signing Ukraine winger Yevhen Konoplyanka. No other deals in the offing. No other talks or medicals planned."
Manchester City will not be signing Porto pair Eliaquim Mangala and Fernando, or any other players, on transfer deadline day.
Toby Maunders:, external We don't need anyone!
David White:, external They have enough players...
Hesham Ahmed:, external They really needed to sign a defender - without Kompany they have a lot of problems.
Southampton
Dani Osvaldo's short career in the Premier League comes to an end then. He'll do well to get a game at Juventus mind, as he joins an attacking line-up already containing Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente, Fabio Quagliarella and Mirko Vucinic.
Or will one of the Old Lady's old boys be on the move? Quagliarella has been linked with a move to England for at least three Transfer Windows...

"Most of the trading on this day is done by the relegation-threatened teams, and in this league this year that's as much as nine or 10 sides. The window has been open from the first of the month, but it always goes mad these last two or three days. But clubs can get their fingers burned - you just hope that managers and scouts get their signings absolutely right."

Southampton striker Dani Osvaldo has completed his loan move to Juventus. The Saints' record signing moves on after just six months and three goals.
Dan Walker gives a tour of the BBC Sport Centre at MediaCityUK, external on one of the busiest days of the year, Transfer Deadline Day.
It's the hotbed of the BBC Sport news operation, and with the focus of course on Deadline Day. At 18:30 GMT the BBC News Channel brings you a comprehensive update. Meanwhile, BBC Radio 5 live has four hours of the latest news, views and speculation between 19:00-23:00 GMT.
Then it's 35 minutes of reaction on BBC One from 23:25 GMT. Or, of course, stick here throughout as we bring you the final five hours of this thrilling January ride.
Andrew, Richhill: Lionel Messi has just been spotted in the queue at the Fish and Chip van outside the Britannia Stadium. The word on the street is that he wants to finally dispell the myth that he couldn't do it on a wet and windy night in Stoke.
Adam, Belfast: Was so intrigued by BBC Transfer Deadline Day that the phone ran out of battery shortly after lunch. Back home, charger on... still no Liverpool signing! Getting the Salah/Mkhitaryan sinking feeling all over again.
Lottie in Bristol: I never thought I would see the day where Southampton loan a striker to Juventus.
The bean counters have been on, with the Deloitte Sports Business Group telling us that Premier League gross spending during the January 2014 transfer window now stands at £125m.
Last year the top flight clubs spent £120m so we're already ahead.
Aston Villa
BBC Radio 5 live's Pat Murphy reports: "Wes Hoolahan will not be joining Aston Villa. Norwich City wouldn't budge on refusing to deal with Villa, who've accepted the £1m deal won't go ahead.
"So Hoolahan won't be reunited with Paul Lambert, who left Carrow Road amid acrimony from the Norwich board in the summer of 2012."

"Fulham have signed a striker who's in great goalscoring form in Konstantinos Mitroglou. It's not come as a great shock that, looking at the majority of the deals done today, generally they are the teams who are threatened by relegation. They are trying to bring players in to hopefully keep them in the Premier League, so they can get that August paycheque of £90m+."

I wonder if Emmanuel Frimpong is having chips and gravy for his tea tonight?
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace sporting director Iain Moody has admitted the move for England Under-21 winger Thomas Ince is "in the balance".
"It's still in the balance," Moody told Standard Sport. "Ultimately we can't control what Blackpool want to do - chairman Karl Oyston is the man who has the whole deal in his hands.
"If we get to 10 o'clock and nothing is decided then he will be left with a choice of not keeping Tom or letting him come to us for a good chunk of money."
Five hours to go then. Half a working day, easily enough time to drive from London to Manchester, or fly from mainland Europe to the UK.
These deals can still happen and we know from recent history that Premier League clubs can leave these deals to the last minute...
Ricky in London: Sounds like Arsenal should have bought the Greek fella who's pitched up at Fulham. We need a striker, Arsene! We could win the title - what more motivation could you need?
Paul: Stoke are making a mistake with Cattermole. He's up for a relegation fight but spend most of it banned.
Jonny from Woking: Surely Bobby Martinez will try and bring Rodwell back to Everton? He said we need a midfielder. Jack should never have left.
Fulham
"New Fulham signing Konstantinos Mitroglou will have the number 18 squad number."
BBC World Service's Steve Crossman reports: "The Dani Osvaldo move from Southampton to Juventus may well start a chain reaction of transfers.
"Juventus are now top heavy up front so Mirko Vucinic's proposed swap deal to Inter Milan (with Freddy Guarin coming the other way) is now a real possibility.
"If Inter lose a midfielder then the Hernanes deal (which should happen anyway) can then be rubber stamped and his soon to be former employers Lazio will want a new midfielder, that's where Gael Kakuta comes in.
"Fifty transfers down the line I'm sure Osvaldo's arrival in Turin somehow impacts on Danny Graham's proposed move to Middlesbrough…probably."
BBC Radio 5 live senior football reporter Ian Dennis
"Despite what you might read there are no discussions between Fulham and Swansea for Neil Taylor."
