And now Robert Snodgrass takes a pop but Joe Allen gets himself in the way. Another crucial block from the Liverpool midfielder.
Some early second-half pressure from Norwich as they begin to pump crosses into the Liverpool box. For now, Martin Skrtel repels everything that is thrown in his direction.

Former Liverpool first-team coach Kevin Keen: "With the young players Liverpool have, they have a real exuberance and freshness about them even at this stage of the season."
Absolutely superb from Luis Suarez as he picks the ball up in his own half, sprays it 50 yards in the direction of Philippe Coutinho who lays it off to Raheem Sterling but the youngster fires over the bar. That would have been an amazing goal.
Liverpool supporters begin the second half by singing a Fabio Borini song. I wonder why?!
BBC Radio 5 live
Former Liverpool first-team coach Kevin Keen: "Liverpool tend to start games really fast, they catch teams unaware and since then they have focused on possession and playing their way out of trouble. When they have that lead they then try to catch teams on the break. Norwich have to go for it second half, but Liverpool can be a real threat on the break now."
Martin McCleary:, external Brendan Rodgers surely tells Liverpool not to concede early in half keep possession and hit on break. Next goal crucial.
David Barber:, external Brendan's half-time team-talk. Well played. But you took it far too easy in the second part of the first half!
Jack Wycherley:, external I expect Brendan will tell his players to keep calm before sneakily ordering some champagne when they go out for the second half.
A massive 45 minutes ahead for both Norwich and Liverpool. We're back under way.

Discussing Chelsea's defeat against Sunderland on Saturday - and the post-match interview given by Jose Mourinho, "congratulating" referee Mike Dean and referees' boss Mike Riley.
BBC Sport commentator Guy Mowbray: "You know Mourinho has got an agenda and says what he wants. His post-match interview was cutting and it was nonsense. Chelsea got a late penalty against West Brom back in November to preserve their unbeaten home record."
BBC Sport summariser Danny Murphy: "I did not think Chelsea performed that badly against Sunderland, they just came up against a fantastic defensive performance. Jose Mourinho would have expected his team to steam-roller Sunderland. I am a big fan of Jose Mourinho - he is great tactically and gets the best out of players but to show some humility there would have been nice."
Daily Mail journalist Laura Williamson: "It is all about deflection. Jose has taken the blame but in doing that has shifted it on to the referees."
More shots, two goals, pretty much two thirds of the possession - the first half was Liverpool's.
James: Brendan's half-time teamtalk? Get me five goals and I'll get the drinks in.
Craig: Brendan's team talk is simple. "Right lads second half we go again!".
Bill: I imagine it would just the same in the second half let's put this game to bed it's ours for the taking now.

Discussing the relegation battle - especially after Sunderland picked up four points against Manchester City and Chelsea.
BBC Sport commentator Guy Mowbray: "For Fulham to be in with a shout - manager Felix Magath has done a good job. I basically wrote them off shortly after he came but I have been surprised. Cardiff had to win against Stoke on Saturday. It amazes me how Ole Gunnar Solskjaer always looks so cheery."
Former Liverpool, Tottenham and Fulham midfielder Danny Murphy: "Sunderland have struggled when they have been at home and have had to dictate games - maybe that is why they have had more joy when they are playing away from home. I'm looking forward to Sunderland's next home game - three of their last four are at home and if their last two results do not give them confidence then nothing will.
"Fulham's home games are huge and the bottom is becoming more exciting that n the top. Fulham can stay up but I would not bet on it. I hope Fulham stay up but with the season they have had it might be that they have to beat Palace on the final day."
Daily Mail journalist Laura Williamson: "If you look at Sunderland's run-in, they have Manchester United on the last day of the season - you could see them getting something from that. They have been so unpredictable and have struggled to beat the teams around them. Fulham keep making the same mistakes - they have been unforgivable at set pieces."
Anyone see Liverpool letting this two-goal lead slip?

With Liverpool looking set to open a five-point lead on nearest challengers Chelsea is the title race already all over?
Former Liverpool, Tottenham and Fulham midfielder Danny Murphy: "You can't say it is all over for certain until Chelsea go to Liverpool. If they win there, it will give the impetus to City.
"But with the trip to Anfield coming between the two legs of the Champions League semi-final against Atletico Madrid, will Jose Mourinho risk players like Eden Hazard?
"I just think that Liverpool are playing with such confidence. They are like a dog with a bone, you could see how much it meant to them in the celebrations after Norwich, They can afford a slip-up and still win it.
"In short, if pushed, yes, I think it is all finished."
Daily Mail journalist Laura Williamson: "Sometimes it seems that a large lead it almost a disadvantage because of the pressure it brings. But Liverpool have embraced their situation.
"You could see it through this week with all the banners surrounding the training ground at Melwood."
Match of the Day commentator Guy Mowbray: "I think that there will be a silver-haired Chilean stroking a white cat and smiling in the Manchester area last night after Sunderland's win over Chelsea."
"I think that City might yet have a say in this title race"
Steve Wilson
BBC Match of the Day commentator at Carrow Road
"It looked like Liverpool would blow Norwich away but that has not been the story of the first half as Norwich have come back into the game and might have pulled a goal back. But the scoreboard is not encouraging for the home side."
That's that then. Liverpool are on track to go five points clear at the top of the Premier League. Can anybody stop them?
Two minutes of time added on in the first half. Let's hear your predictions for Brendan's half-time team-talk....
How many bookings have been dished out this season to defenders beaten by Raheem Sterling's pace? I've no idea, but you can add Michael Turner to what I imagine to be a pretty long list.
We've not seen much of Philippe Coutinho in the last 15 minutes, but the little Brazilian springs to life when he is fed the ball on the edge of the area - bending a shot just wide.
If Liverpool do win today, they would guarantee themselves Champions League football for next season. Back at the top table.
