A big chance for the Brewers. A corner is whipped into Fleetwood's six-yard area but substitute Zander Diamond cannot get his header on target.

Fleetwood's fans, decked in red and white, have started celebrating. There are three minutes of normal time remaining. Graham Alexander's side are counting down the clock. Burton are running out of time.

Big chance for Fleetwood to seal another promotion. David Ball's whips a cross into Burton's six-yard area but Iain Hume cannot connect.

Let's just remind ourselves of where Fleetwood were nine years ago. They were playing the likes of Ramsbottom and Bacup in the North West Counties League Division One. Now they are seven minutes away from the third tier.

Fleetwood are 10 minutes from an incredible sixth promotion in nine years. Burton need to respond quickly but their players look deflated.

Chesterfield manager Paul Cook at Wembley on BBC 5 live: "The keeper made a decision to come for it before he could judge the flight of the ball. But hopefully that will mean we now see more action and finish the game well."

Burton have been pressing and pressing but Fleetwood, out of nowhere, are gifted the lead. The Cod Army are awarded a free-kick well outside the Burton area and, with Dean Lyness well off his line, former Manchester City academy player Antoni Sarcevic sends his set-piece from the left looping over the keeper's head and into the net. Few inside Wembley saw that coming.

So close by Alex MacDonald. There looks to be no danger when the Burton midfielder attempts his luck from outside the area. His effort takes a wicked deflection and only just clears the Fleetwood bar. Then Shane Cansdell-Sherriff spurns a great chance from a corner as his header fails to hit the target. Burton's tails are up.

Is this yet another play-off final heading for extra time? The chances have dried up at both ends and Burton's first change is on the horizon. Defender Marcus Holness, who is struggling with a hamstring injury, is replaced by Zander Diamond, who has already agreed to join Northampton this summer. What a story if he can conjure up the winner.

BBC Sport's Tom Garry at Wembley: "That may well have been Albion's best chance of the game so far. For a split second, it looked like Billy Kee was going to connect with a superb volley. There was an intake of breath around the ground. But he missed the ball completely before firing over at the second attempt.

"Fleetwood, meanwhile, have gone off the boil slightly. How long will Graham Alexander wait before looking to change things up front? He has options on the bench, including target man Jon Parkin."

You can't fault the desire and the commitment of these two sides. But where is the quality? Where is the match-winning hero? He has yet to reveal himself.

Two chances for Burton in quick succession. After Chris Hussey curls a chance wide, Billy Kee blazes over from close range. Signs this game could be opening up.
