And it another change for Leyton Orient as Chris Dagnall comes on, the 35-year-old Kevin Lisbie making way. Rotherham also make a change as full-back Joe Skarz goes off and Robert Milsom replaces him.
Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade does indeed make a change as Dean Cox goes off and is replaced by Shaun Batt, who played a key role coming off the bench in Orient's win against Peterborough in the semi-final second leg.
BBC Sport's Rob Stevens at Wembley: "That goal was an inspirational moment from Alex Revell, a top-class finish. The Orient fans are somewhat shell-shocked after looking comfortable at 2-0. O's boss Russell Slade might be looking to change things up front, with Shaun Batt and Chris Dagnall among his options."
Ben Mumford:, external What makes that Rotherham goal even better is imagining lifelong Rotherham fans the Chuckle Brothers celebrating it.
Alex Smith:, external Games like these are why there should be no B teams, this is the true heart and soul of the game we love.
David Mooney plays a pass that slices through the Rotherham defence for the onrushing Moses Odubajo and his first-time cross is hacked behind by a Rotherham defender, who is taking no chances. After an extraordinary couple of minutes, the tempo has settled down a tad now.

"Twenty five minutes of normal time to go and the momentum is with Rotherham. The fourth official is the busiest man in the stadium right now. Steve Evans and his other assistant are causing carnage down on the touchline."
Alex Haworth:, external What a goal! Orient must now feel like Atletico Madrid did after the Ramos equaliser in Saturday's Champions League final.
Luke:, external That is without doubt the best goal new Wembley has seen. Pure class.
To borrow the timeless quote of the Chuckle Brothers, it is very much 'to me, to you' on the pitch at the moment with action swinging from one end to the other. A deflected Dean Cox cross is collected by Rotherham keeper Adam Collin before a Joe Skarz ball into the area causes the Orient defence a couple of problems before they clear. This could go either way.

"What a turnaround, what a goal. A huge goal from the big man Revell. He saw the keeper off his line and from 35 yards finished brilliantly. Steve Evans celebrated wildly. I thought his trousers were going to come down to his knees. He did well to keep them up!"
What. A. Goal! Simply sublime. A long ball by Ben Pringle is nodded on for Alex Revell. The former Orient striker is over 30 yards from goal but spots Jamie Jones roaming off his line and smashes a fine, dipping effort over the Orient keeper's head and into the net. Steve Evans races down the touchline, his arms waving wildly. The magic of the play-offs!
BBC Sport's Rob Stevens at Wembley: "Alex Revell has given the Rotherham fans new belief with that goal. The Millers supporters had been somewhat subdued while they were 2-0 down. Rotherham manager Steve Evans is prowling the technical area now with his assistant Paul Raynor sent to the stands at half time."

"Steve Evans has got the response he wanted. Rotherham have come out in the second half playing high energy football. Their fans believe. It's game on."
Game on! Rotherham are right back in this as they finally make a free-kick count. James Tavernier sends the set piece towards the far post, keeper Jamie Jones races out but only succeeds in punching the ball into his own player and it then bounces out to Alex Revell, who stabs in. What was Jones thinking?
Rotherham are forced into a change as Wes Thomas has taken a knock, he is replaced by Richard Brindley.
Another chance now for Rotherham as Lee Frecklington's run towards the area is brought to an abrupt end. Ben Pringle fancies it this time but curls the ball just over. Rotherham really need to make the most of these set pieces.
...James Tavernier and Ben Pringle stand over the ball, and it is the former who takes it, lifting the free-kick over the wall and on to the roof of the net.
Steve Evans has no sounding board in the Rotherham dugout as his assistant Paul Raynor is sat munching on his fingernails in the stands. Raynor was sent up there after apparently remonstrating a little too much with officials at the break. On the pitch, Alex Revell wins a free-kick in a good place...
Steve Evans marches out and barks orders to his Rotherham players as Leyton Orient get the second half under way. They are just 45 minutes away from ending a 32-year absence from the second tier of English football.
Do Orient fans dare to dream just yet?
BBC Sport's Jacqui Oatley on Twitter:, external If Russell Slade sees this through, he'll add loads of value to his flat in the corner stand at Orient!
The Scottish Premiership play-off final second leg is well under way and Hamilton have scored to make things interesting. They trail Hibernian 2-1 on aggregate and you can follow the action on the BBC Sport website.
