"I've seen both Rotherham and Leyton Orient this season. There's very little between them but I think Rotherham have the slight edge with the power they have in their side."

It is still all Rotherham as Ben Pringle charges forward. He looks as though he is going to shoot but clips the ball to the edge of the area for Wes Thomas. He can't quite get there though and Leyton Orient defenders sweep up the danger. Kevin Lisbie is little more than a spectator at the other end of the pitch, with Orient largely camped in side their own half.

"There's a real threat about Rotherham. Their long diagonal balls are causing the Orient defence big problems in these early stages."

BBC Sport's Rob Stevens at Wembley: "The early stages have been cagey and Orient boss Russell Slade has been on the edge of his technical area throughout, wearing his trademark baseball cap.

"Millers boss Steve Evans is rooted to the bench with his assistant Paul Raynor, who is sporting a Tm Sherwood-style gilet, issuing most of the instructions."

Leyton Orient's defence is looking a little shaky, particularly when Rotherham ping balls into the area. A long, searching pass is played into the box for the Alex Revell, who nods on for West Thomas but he can't quite make a telling touch and Orient manage to clear.

"Wes Thomas has a really big chance for Rotherham. It's a downward header by Craig Morgan and Thomas is unable to make proper contact. There was a suspicion of offside but I don't think he was."

Leyton Orient are yet to test the Rotherham defence, with Kevin Lisbie seemingly operating as the lone frontman at the moment. Midfielder Moses Odubajo gets the ball midway inside the Millers' half but finds himself running down a blind alley and ball goes out for a throw. As expected, a slightly nervy start.

Shouts from the Rotherham fans for a penalty as Nathan Clarke pushes Alex Revell in the area. Revell takes a tumble, no penalty though. A lucky escape for Leyton Orient.

Ben Pringle is a player I expect we will be hearing quite a lot of this afternoon and he has an early sight on goal when Rotherham win a free-kick, 30 yards from goal. He lofts the ball into the area but it is headed away.

The stadium has filled up nicely, with about 50,000 fans expected today, and both the Leyton Orient and Rotherham players have completed their pre-match warm ups and are back in their respective dressing rooms.

The nerves will be kicking in now, but who will conquer them to secure a place in the Championship? Not long until we find out.
