JB Falcao:, external "I'm Brazilian and so I'm supporting my country. However I don't think this Cup will be easy for us. There's no "fool" team anymore in the world. All teams that are going to play in this Cup are 'almost' at the same level to be able to win the Trophy! Let's enjoy the party!"
That brilliant Croatia kit is out in the tunnel. The visitors are first to appear and are ready for this. We are almost at kick-off time...
There's a definite pre-match drone inside the Arena de Sao Paulo now. Just under 15 minutes to go and the stadium is a sea of yellow.
Neymar goes down holding his ankle after a wobble in the warm-up. Brazil do not need that - but he's OK by the looks of it.
Tom Castle:, external Tingling in fingers, shortness of breath, anxious feeling... I either need a cardiologist or the World Cup is kicking off.
Tom Lewsley:, external Really excited by this Croatia team, especially Modric and Rakitic in midfield, and I hope they really go for it.
John:, external Thiago Silva is one of the classiest defenders we are ever going to see! He'll be key for Brazil, he's up there with The Kaiser.
Fighting talk...
Dave, Ealing: Is Eduardo Diego Costa's long lost twin brother? Never realised how similar they look!
Alan Shearer has been answering your questions on Facebook., external
Here's a selection of your interactions:
Who will win tonight?
"I think Brazil will win. Croatia will make it difficult for them but Brazil will win by the odd goal."
Who do you think will be the surprise team of the tournament?
"Because we know most players from the TV, I am not sure you can have a surprise. If you are asking for an outside bet, then I would go for Belgium or possibly France."
Is the World Cup predictable like the Premier League?
"I don't envisage a major surprise in this tournament. My semi-finalists would be Argentina, Brazil, Spain and Germany."
Kaka, midfield maestro of previous tournaments, destroyer of Gabriel Heinze - did not make the cut for Brazil this time around, but he remains an incredibly popular man by the look of things.
Every single Brazil player stops their warm-up to come across and hug the AC Milan man as he walks down the sidelines. Could they have not found a place in the squad for him somewhere?
Just before we get going - and on the off-chance that you missed it - we've had our first mega signing of the summer.
Chelsea have signed Barcelona's former Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas on a five-year deal. Big.
That's how you replace Frank Lampard.
We are 30 minutes away from kick-off. You've just got time for one more tea round and we'll be away.
Anyone got any pre-match predictions?
Ben Smith in Sao Paulo
"Fireworks crackle outside the ground and there has been some thunderous noise inside the stadium in the last few minutes as the Brazil players came out to warm up. Last summer on their way to winning the Confederations Cup, Brazil fed off that emotion and that passion.
"They were inspired, not cowed by the pressure. It remains to be seen if they can do the same again, with the eyes of the world on them and the hopes of a nation on their shoulders."
Hilary:, external This is the first time in history a Brazilian defence is stronger than attack.
Seb:, external Hope Rakitic has a blinder, such an underrated player, honestly think he's one of the best players in the tournament.
Brazil: Julio Cesar, Dani Alves, Thiago Silva, Luiz, Marcelo, Paulinho, Gustavo, Hulk, Oscar, Neymar, Fred. Subs: Jefferson, Fernandinho, Dante, Maxwell, Henrique, Ramires, Hernanes, Willian, Bernard, Jo, Maicon, Victor.
Croatia: Pletikosa, Srna, Corluka, Lovren, Vrsaljko, Modric, Rakitic, Perisic, Kovacic, Olic, Jelavic. Subs: Zelenika, Pranjic, Vukojevic, Schildenfeld, Brozovic, Rebic, Sammir, Vida, Eduardo, Subasic.
Referee: Yuichi Nishimura (Japan)
Both sides are now out warming up to full effect. Has Phil Neville got a point? Are Croatia's midfielders better than Brazil's?

"When the Brazil players came out onto the pitch they saw the emotion in the stands and gave each other a hug. If they can ride this tidal wave of support they will be a powerful force. It's a sea of yellow inside the stadium and I can't wait for this tournament to explode.
"But I would say the three players Croatia have in midfield are better than Brazil's. Technically they are very good and Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic will be locked on to by Luiz Gustavo and Paulinho. Modric in particular loves to control the game and is one of very few players at this tournament who can do that.
"Nikica Jelavic is a brilliant one-touch finisher, he is really strong in the air and this is a great chance for him to make his mark with Mario Mandzukic suspended. I spoke to him yesterday and he is so excited. He says he has been waiting for this all his life."
Matt, Brighton: The Croatians could get at Brazil on the right side if they dare - Marcelo and certainly Neymar lack defensive discipline. Hope they set up to have a go!

"Fred is an out-and-out goalscorer who will feed on balls from Neymar and Hulk out wide. The two Brazil full-backs also play like wingers when Neymar and Hulk come inside and can provide even more width.
"For Croatia to have any joy then they must limit Brazil's play in the wide areas. David Luiz is playing alongside Thiago Silva at the back, and there is less pressure on Luiz. He likes to bring the ball out from the back and his best performances over the past two years have been with Brazil."
It's not often you see QPR's third-choice keeper playing for Brazil, but Julio Cesar is given a heroic reception as he comes out to warm up. Sao Paulo is approaching boiling point now. The temperature is rising...
