  1. Welcome backpublished at 07:07 British Summer Time 20 June 2014

Hello and thank you for joining us for another World Cup Sportsday. I would say good morning, but it is far from that for any England fan.

Roy Hodgson's side suffered their second defeat in two games at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil as Luis Suarez inspired Uruguay to a 2-1 win in Sao Paulo.

The Liverpool striker put the South Americans ahead just before half-time, but England fought back as Wayne Rooney's first goal at a World Cup finals made it 1-1.

But with only five minutes left Steven Gerrard's misplaced header allowed Suarez to run in and shoot past Joe Hart.

    Match highlights.

  2. They think it's all overpublished at 06:59 British Summer Time 20 June 2014

Uruguay only had two shots on target in 90 minutes. Two. That, by most accounts, would probably be a rubbish performance.

Unfortunately for every England fan, both of those opportunities fell to Luis Suarez and, as all Liverpool supporters know, he is not a man to waste a chance.

Suarez scored twice as Uruguay beat England 2-1 in Sao Paulo to leave Roy Hodgson's side on the brink of elimination.

England's Brazilian adventure could be coming to a very early end. We need a miracle.
