    Liverpool have agreed to sell Suarez at 27, when he will be at his peak, according to research.

    BBC News has found the average age for players representing their country at the World Cup is 27.5 years.

    Germany have an average age of 27.7 years, while Argentina's is 28.4. The sides meet in Sunday's final.

    Liverpool will have a challenge to cope without the "irreplaceable" Luis Suarez, says the club's former striker John Aldridge.

    Suarez will put pen to paper on a five-year contract next week after the Reds agreed a fee with Barcelona.

    "Tottenham tried to replace Bale last year and look what happened - four or five quality players couldn't do what he did," says Aldridge.

    "That's a lesson to be learned. With the stash of money Brendan Rodgers has got, you're looking at a kitty of £110 million, which can do a lot of damage. Whether you'll get anybody who can do a lot of damage who can get 30 goals is very debatable."

    Fiorentina concede it will be a challenge to keep hold of Colombia winger Juan Guillermo Cuadrado after his impressive World Cup displays.

    The 26-year-old, who signed for La Viola in 2012, is reportedly a transfer target of Barcelona.

    "To keep Cuadrado will be difficult but not impossible," Fiorentina owner Andrea Della Valle said to Gazzetta dello Sport., external "I am used to dealing with complicated challenges. It's not just Barcelona but there are many others (clubs)."

    The AC Milan striker has uploaded an image on social media which shows him pointing a gun at a camera.

    The tournament wins the overall vote and topped the list in many of the eight sub categories.

    There was success however for Mexico 1986, which you felt was the most controversial tournament and Germany 2006 was the best hosted tournament.

    Germany forward Thomas Muller has warned supporters not to expect a result like their semi-final win over Brazil in Sunday's World Cup final meeting with Argentina.

    The Germans ran in five goals in 18 first-half minutes to set the platform for a 7-1 win against the hosts.

    "I don't know what kind of a game it will be on Sunday, but I don't expect it to be 5-0 at half-time," says the Bayern Munich forward. "That would be nice, but it's probably going to be tight like it was against Algeria or France."

    Brazil legend Zico says the country must part ways, external with current manager Luiz Felipe Scolari after their World Cup semi-final exit.

    The tournament hosts were humiliated by Germany in the last four and Zico, once dubbed 'the white Pele', feels Scolari should end his second spell as national manager.
