Adrian Kellers:, external Suarez has got to be getting a retrospective ban there. If it's not a bite, it's certainly a head-butt.
Cameron Laws:, external Godin shouldn't even be playing. Should have been sent off in the last game.

It's all getting too much for some of the Azzurri. A member of Cesare Prandelli's coaching staff is sent off by the referee as protests continue over Luis Suarez incident.
Giorgio Chiellini was so incensed with Suarez that he pulled his shirt down as if to show the referee he had been bitten.

Tempers are boiling over.
Luis Suarez is not happy as Italy's Marco Verratti goes down after a follow through by Edinson Cavani.
Uruguay's players think Verratti is play acting but the midfielder is carried off on a stretcher and will play no further part.
