Expectations have been exceeded. Excellence has been achieved. Magic has oozed from the boots of Messi, Muller, Neymar and Shaqiri, while the world champions have been dethroned. Colombia continue to make everyone smile with their eye-catching goal celebrations as heavyweights Brazil and Argentina flex their muscles.

Oh, what joy the group stages at the 2014 World Cup have provided (with the exception of a 27-year-old from Uruguay). But they're not over just yet. Three teams are battling for the 16th and final place in the second round.

Reputations are on the line. And Fabio Capello knows he has to deliver.

South Korea coach Hong Myung-bo criticised his defence following the 4-2 defeat to Algeria and may opt for a reshuffle. QPR left-back Yun Suk-young could be a casualty, as could shot-shy striker Park Chu-young.

Belgium may hand a start to striker Divock Origi, who could replace the out-of-form Romelu Lukaku. The Belgians are already through to the last 16 so coach Marc Wilmots is likely to rest players on a yellow card.

Algeria coach Vahid Halilhodzic could name the same team that beat South Korea. Islam Slimani should lead the line once again, with Tottenham's Nabil Bentaleb in midfield.

Russia coach Fabio Capello is under pressure to replace the misfiring Alexander Kokorin with Aleksandr Kerzhakov up front.

Alan Dzagoev may also win a recall in midfield but right-back Aleksei Kozlov is an injury doubt.

Belgium are already into the next phase, and a point from their meeting with South Korea will guarantee they win the group.

Algeria will make it into the knockout stages for the first time if they beat Russia, though a draw will be enough as long as Korea do not thrash Belgium to improve their goal difference and finish on four points.

Russia will qualify if they beat Algeria and Korea fail to beat Belgium.
