But now DC Comics, the makers of superhero Batman, is fighting the La Liga club's right to use its 'new' bat crest.

The New York-based publishing giant lodged its opposition with the European Union's trademark arm.

It claims the logo is too close to two of its own images related to the caped crusader.

We are loving your answers. Here is another one.

Dave Moore: My mum was a teaching assistant at my primary school, one break time as she was having a cup of tea I was attempting to relive 30 yard Goal of the Month contenders on the playground. As I hammered in a long ranger I was quite aghast to see that the ball rather than fly towards the top corner instead smashed into the side of my poor Mum's head. Cue dropped tea and a quick exit from my eight-year-old self. Sorry Mum!

It is a big weekend in the Premier League, but it is also a momentous weekend for the England women's team, who will playing Germany in front of a record crowd of 55,000 at Wembley on Sunday (15:00 GMT).

Coach Mark Sampson says: "It will be a fantastic occasion and we can show England is a special nation for women's football."

The crowd, 15,000 more than the men's team's September friendly against Norway, would have been bigger if the Football Association had not had to cap ticket sales at 55,000 because of safety issues around engineering works on the London Underground.

The match will be live on BBC Two with commentary on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra and there will also be live text commentary online from 14:30 GMT on Sunday.

Mark: During a back garden kick about in 1984, a wayward shot of mine hit my dad, who was nearby, eating a pork pie. His prescription glasses and pork pie flew up in the air. Watching, in what felt like slow motion, I saw him choose to catch the pie! The glasses smashed on the floor and I got the blame. I like to think dad was trying to teach me that, in football, hunger matters more than vision.

Four of the division's top five meet, with Bournemouth looking to wrestle top spot back from Derby. The Cherries are at home to Ipswich, while Steve McClaren's side face a tricky away trip to fifth-placed Watford.

Blackpool manager Lee Clark is still awaiting his first win, but has promised to ride the 'Big One' if the Seasiders stay up this season. A win at home to Bolton in the Lancashire derby would help his side's cause.
