"The passing hasn't been great, sloppy at times and you'd expect a lot better from the players that are out there.

"Some real quality on both teams, but the game has got marginally better in the second half."

Rich in London: what's happened to Stoke's defence!? Used to be so reliable, seems it's been sacrificed in attempts to be more attacking. Poor defence and limited goals scored = worrying times...

Amanda O'Shaughnessy:, external Captain Morgan, name of a great drink, ALSO name of an idiotic player. Pathetic challenge.

Rob Green has had an excellent night, and he is the saviour again for QPR, twice keeping out efforts from Wilfried Bony. The second one is a fine save!

Plenty of moans and groans at The Hawthorns as West Brom struggle to truly trouble West Ham - Saido Berahino wasting an opening with a wild shot as frustrations grow.

It looks like being a long, hard road back into the game from here for Leicester. They reorganise at the back as Liam Moore replaces Jeff Schlupp.

Wes Morgan is sitting on the bench. That's not allowed is it? He should be back in the dressing room. Kevin Phillips then aborts the sub after all - Moore is sent back!

  7. CLOSE!published at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 2 December 2014

Better from Palace as Fraizer Campbell beats five men to slalom into the box. Play is eventually spread wide to Yannick Bolasie, who swings in a cross and Marouane Chamakh heads wide.

    Jonathan Legard
BBC Radio 5 live at the King Power Stadium

"Wes Morgan was found caught out in a rare moment when Rickie Lambert was given the ball with an opportunity to run.

"No hesitation from referee Lee Mason who produced the card moments after the foul."

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:06 Greenwich Mean Time 2 December 2014

Bad news for Burnley as Stephen Ward is stretchered off with a painful-looking injury to his lower leg. Ben Mee will be his replacement.

Wes Morgan has had an absolute nightmare. He teed up Steven Gerrard for his goal, and is now sent off for hauling down Rickie Lambert just inside his own half. He lost out to Lambert on the sideline, the striker toes it away and goes down as Morgan puts a hand on him. He was a long way from goal, but a clear foul.

I feel bad now for saying that Morgan may get the winner [18:49].

Raheem Sterling fires over the top after a cracking 50-yard run. Maybe he just needs a lucky one to go in to change his fortunes.

An equaliser in the South Yorkshire derby with Doncaster making it 1-1 at Barnsley thanks to a close-range effort from Theo Robinson eight minutes into the second half. Paul Dickov's side have lost only one of their last six games.

James at Selhurst Park: I'm as big a Palace fan as any but Zaha's final ball/crossing has been atrocious this evening. I was amazed when United didn't give him any game time following his move but this evening I'm beginning to see why....

If you'd have told me two years ago that Stoke would have Bojan playing up front and would look a soft touch against crosses into the box, well, well I don't know what I would have said. But I would have been shocked...

  17. KICK-OFFpublished at 21:02 Greenwich Mean Time 2 December 2014

Time for a second set of 45 minutes at Selhurst Park and The Hawthorns. Palace, by the way, have brought on Fraizer Campbell for Dwight Gayle.

Matt in Manchester: Burnley play like two different teams. Great going forward, schoolboy at the back. New keeper and CB in January please!

"Rojo's absolutely certain it's his goal and is running over to Mata, pointing to his chest to say 'it's mine'.

"I can see a touch there and Rojo is running away celebrating.

"I'm going on the back of his reaction there as he runs away celebrating the goal."

Terrible defending. Stoke have been done by two big balls into the box, Mark Hughes and Ryan Shawcross will be furious. Juan Mata takes the free-kick from wide on the right, inswinging, Marcos Rojo goes up for the header but doesn't get a touch and the ball drifts into the net.
