A nice tribute tonight from Sheffield United in memory of Australian Test cricketer Phillip Hughes.

Matt and Helen Root - parents of Yorkshire and England batsman Joe - are at Bramall Lane and before kick-off presented one of Joe's bats and caps to pay their respects and show support for the #putoutyourbats, external campaign launched following the death of Hughes last week.

Sheffield-born Root is currently on tour in Sri Lanka as part of England's one-day squad.

Paul Walmsley:, external Cracking goal Stevie. Trouble is, can we hold onto a lead for the next 30 mins??

Surely Saido Berahino is being wasted tonight, judging by this touch map? He's not touched the ball in the box once.

Back in the team, back in business. Steven Gerrard celebrates with huge vigour as he scores his first goal since September. A stretching Wes Morgan can only stab a cross into his path and the former England skipper steers in with an assured side-foot before running off to the away end. Huge relief, huge release.

Desperate defending from Stoke, and it pays off. First Ander Herrera and then James Wilson see the door slammed in their faces at the last minute by despairing challenges. Erik Pieters comes off badly in the process, Robin van Persie accidentally treading on his ankle as Pieters hacked the ball away. Ouch.

Burnley had seven defenders back in their own box when Newcastle scored. How was Papiss Cisse allowed so much room to level things up? Now it's the visitors who are passing the ball about confidently. Will Burnley rue David Jones's miss at the end of the first half?

It's still all Swansea, QPR are holding their own for the most part but they have no penetration up front. Is a 0-0 draw a good result for QPR?

Raheem Sterling loses the ball again, he's not having a good time of it out there. Rickie Lambert looks badly isolated up front for Liverpool.

"A few disgruntled fans at The Hawthorns here. But West Ham are not where they are this season by luck. They've played well."

A few jeers as United midfielder Ander Herrera passes backwards. Stoke have got 10 men behind the ball and there aren't too many options for the Spaniard. Surely Radamel Falcao will come on soon?

Whatever Alan Pardew said at the break pays instant dividends as Newcastle level things up almost immediately. Burnley fail to clear their lines and the ball is played back into the box by Daryl Janmaat and Papiss Cisse is on hand to knee the ball home from eight yards out. Pards owes Papiss a few drinks this season.
