Nick Miller:, external Good win for @dcfcofficial against Leeds United. Season is back on track. Stevie Mac needs to stay at Derby it's his home.
Dirty Mike Hunter:, external No one outside the top 6 will come close to Ipswich this season I don't think. They're on fire.
We've seen two top Championship sides tonight in Derby and Ipswich. Their opponents did not play well but they still had to work hard and do their job to a high standard and they did exactly that.
Derby hassled and harried and took their moments when they came. They could have easily have scored more.
Ipswich were simply too strong for poor Charlton, as they have been for so many sides at Portman Road this season.
Take a bow, both teams.

"When Neil Redfearn was caretaker, his record was better. They have a transfer embargo so you have to stick with him. Tactically, he didn't get it right today but he needs to get more out of the players."

"It has been very easy for Derby tonight. The first goal was unfortunate with Alex Mowatt putting through his own net but the second came from a needless free-kick conceded. There were not many chances but Derby were in full control against a lacklustre Leeds side."
Shaun Maloney's delivery finds the post and that is pretty much the final Wigan blow as they lose a seventh game in nine outings.
Callum McManaman's sending off, less than 10 minutes after coming off the bench, proved costly and Atdhe Nuhiu wins it for Wednesday who are six points off the play-offs.
Derby winger Jordon Ibe: "We need to keep going and keep up the persistence. I am glad we won today. I am enjoying the loan from Liverpool and it is good for me to get minutes and get the team promoted."
Mick McCarthy's men continue their promotion charge with another home win. Charlton were put to the sword in what is quickly becoming typical Town style. McCarthy's men end the year in flying form, second in the table and well on course for the Premier League.
Wigan so close to an equaliser as Shaun Maloney strikes the post in added time. That could well be the Latics' last opportunity to get something from this game.
A routine home win for Derby. Leeds held them at bay for 40 minutes but once Derby broke through there was only one winner. Jake Buxton's header early in the second half made the remainder of the match a formality. Derby continue to look upwards, while Leeds will be spending the early parts of 2015 staring over their shoulder.
We are into injury time in the three Championship games. Derby, Ipswich and Sheffield Wednesday are heading towards victory.
Ipswich underline their dominance in the game as David McGoldrick latches on to a ball, takes a touch and finishes coolly. Town will be finishing 2014 in second place in the Championship.
Adrian in Belfast: Leeds are like a team on their way to League One.
Peter in Pontefract: If Leeds get relegated again, total fault of Cellino. He's no idea what football club he's dealing with, it's a proud club that deserves a decent owner & manager that's allowed to manage. Current manager should not have been appt in first place.
Giuseppe Bellusci's persistent fouling on Chris Martin earns the Leeds defender a booking with two minutes to go. The Italian isn't happy but he has to take his medicine.
Leeds have a chance to put a rare ball into the Derby box from a free-kick on the right. Alex Mowatt fails to beat the first man, though. Sums up their night. Totally ineffectual.
Even when Leeds do break forward, they are so slow that Derby can regroup with ease. Lewis Cook is closed down by three Derby men and concedes a foul.
There is just under 10 minutes to go in this final batch of games of 2014. At the iPro, Derby's Chris Martin fires a low shot that forces Marco Silvestri into a smart low save.
Craig Bryson is on for Derby in place of Jeff Hendrick. Leeds have introduced Adryan for Tommaso Bianchi.
Wednesday make their numerical advantage count as Atdhe Nuhiu rises highest to head home from within the six-yard box. It was Jeremy Helan's cross.

"I have never seen a Leeds team lose so many tackles. When you play Leeds, you know what you are going to get, tough tackling. I have seen nothing from them at all."
