A tremendous effort from League Two AFC Wimbledon but, ultimately, not good enough to beat Liverpool and Steven Gerrard. Where would the Reds be without their skipper? I guess we will find out soon.

"I think it's a fair result overall. Spurs started well in the second half but as the game wore on Burnley got more confidence. Vokes got a good goal. Once they took Ings off, though, they did not look a threat. It is probably a replay neither wanted but one they will take nonetheless."
