Corner to Everton...
Five minutes of injury time at Scunthorpe.
West Ham back on the attack.
The pressure has finally told and Chesterfield boss Paul Cook ran on to the pitch to celebrate the goal with all the enthusiasm of a man who knows a money-spinning tie against Championship high-flyers awaits in the fourth round.
What a moment. They haven't looked that likely but Bryan Oviedo's left-wing cross is controlled by Romelu Lukaku inside the penalty area and volleyed home. Can they win it?
Big chance for the hosts. Bryan Oviedo swings in a cross but Seamus Coleman's weak header goes wide. Four minutes of injury time.
Entering the last minute at Goodison.
What a comeback from the Spireites as Gary Roberts' cross is converted from 10 yards by Jay O'Shea. Five minutes for someone to grab the winner.
Terrible volley from Bryan Oviedo as the ball cannons off the wrong part of his foot and almost goes for a throw. Three minutes left.

"Finally this looks like it's turning into a proper cup tie. We've got five minutes left."
There's a few empty seats at Goodison tonight, but a crowd of 22,236 seems a decent effort for a cold midweek fixture.
Chesterfield break as Gary Roberts sends a high cross in, which Armand Gnanduillet rises towards, but he gets under it and the ball flies over. Well into the last 10 minutes.

"Everton need some help from the stands. They need the fans to get behind them. Everton's strength has been Leighton Baines and Seamus Coleman getting forward, but Baines isn't playing today and we've seen very little from Coleman."
So close to an equaliser. Ross Barkley's cross beats West Ham's defence but Romelu Lukaku is on his heels and can't quite convert at the far post. Barkley then sets off a a mazy dribble before having a shot tipped over by Adrian.
Colin in Lancashire: Unlike a lot of my fellow Evertonians I didn't get overly excited last season and I also didn't give Moyes any stick because I know how quick things can change in football and now while Moyes is getting wins over Barca we are looking like Wigan under Martinez, worrying times.
Is it too early for Bristol City to start making their plans for Wembley?
Fulham loanee Matt Smith scores four times to give them a 4-2 lead after the Johnstone's Paint Southern Area final first leg at Gillingham. If they finish the job at Ashton gate, they will play either Walsall or Preston at Wembley.
Jamie Mills O'Brien:, external Amazing to think this time last year Big Sam's career was nosediving, Martinez seemed nailed on to be next Barca manager...
Time ticking down for Everton and they don't particularly look like breaching West Ham's rearguard. The Hammers look more dangerous on the break.
There was no way anyone other than Eoin Doyle was taking that spot-kick, despite several players from the away side showing an interest. And the 21-goal striker emphatically added to his incredible tally this season with a confident shot that flew past keeper Sam Slocombe. The pressure has been relentless and Doyle nearly just scored again from a Gary Roberts cross. A thrilling final 20 minutes awaits.
Once again though, West Ham deal comfortably with the delivery. Into the last 15 minutes and the visitors look fairly comfortable. Into the final 10 minutes.
