Everton have the chance to put the ball into the penalty area with a free-kick....
Game on at Glanford Park as Eoin Doyle scores his 22nd goal of the season for Chesterfield from the penalty spot.
Gary Roberts is hauled down in the penalty area to give Chesterfield a lifeline.
That's not great news for Everton either as Sylvain Distin limps off to be replaced by John Stones. It never rains when it pours...
Roberto Martinez appears a very worried man on the touchline - and so he should be.
The Toffees have won only one of the last nine matches and things don't look to be getting any better. How he could do with an equaliser in the last 20 minutes.

"Evertonians have been disgruntled in recent weeks. I'd like to know what they think about tonight's performance. How worrying is the run your club is on? Your club is only four points off the relegation zone. I do, however, think they'll have enough not to worry about relegation."

Substitute Samuel Eto'o is booked before touching the ball. Seems very harsh as Mark Noble goes tumbling under very little contact.
Everton look a different side now they are behind. Romelu Lukaku turns on the edge of the penalty area but blazes over. Kevin Mirallas is replaces by Samuel Eto'o as the Toffees go for it.
Chesterfield are well on top but they just can't find the finish. Romauld Boco sees a shot deflected wide.
Everton almost level as Romelu Lukaku's low cross is hacked clear off the line by James Collins. Lukaku has the ball in the net seconds later but the goal is disallowed for a push on Aaron Cresswell.
Everton are all over the place. Kevin Nolan's dinked ball into the box finds Enner Valencia, again unmarked, but his free header is tipped over by Joel Robles. He should score.
That is ridiculously easy for the Hammers. Matt Jarvis swings in his side's 12th corner of the contest and James Collins is allowed to stroll in unmarked to head home at the near post. Terrible, terrible defending.
Bit like a basketball game at the moment. First West Ham attack, then Everton have a go. Strange tempo to the match.
Scunthorpe goalkeeper Sam Slocombe keeps the two-goal advantage intact. Armand Gnanduillet heads towards goal but Slocombe keeps it out from point-blank range.
West Ham hit back as Carl Jenkinson marauds through Everton's defence on the right. His low shot is turned wide at the near post by goalkeeper Joel Robles.
A cheeky effort from Kevin Mirallas. The Belgian latches on to Steven Naismith's headed lick on but, with Adrian off his line, his attempted volleyed lob is just a few inches too high.
Can Chesterfield get back into this? Derby await the winners.
Nice combination play between Aaron Cresswell and Matt Jarvis but the latter's cross is cleared. Good start by the Hammers.
West Ham have gone out in the third round in the last three seasons while Everton haven't lost at this stage since 2008. Sylvain Distin makes a late entrance to the pitch after changing a stud. Game on.
