Can City pull off a famous win tonight? Or will they get embarrassed? Or possibly something inbetween...
A packed press box at the Nou Camp tonight - as there is on every European night. The British media are following us - are you?
Manchester City have lost four of their last five Champions League against Spanish opposition. Their only away win came against Villarreal in November 2011. Can they find a repeat performance again?
Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar have scored 15 of Barca's 17 goals in the Champions League this season, with at least one of them scoring in each of Barca's last six European matches. In all competitions, the three have played together on 24 occasions, with at least one of them on target in 21 of those matches.
Barcelona indeed face bitter enemies Real Madrid on Sunday. Could City use that fact to their advantage tonight? Will Barca have one eye on El Clasico?
Andy West
Spanish football writer at the Nou Camp
"The main item of interest in the Barca starting line-up is Javier Mascherano in the centre of midfield, a position he has rarely played in his five seasons in Spain. But with Sergio Busquets injured, he moves forward from centre-back and will almost certainly play there in Sunday's Clasico as well."
In tonight's other Champions League tie, Jurgen Klopp's rejuvenated Borussia Dortmund face Juventus in a repeat of the 1997 final.
Dortmund couldn't buy a win before Christmas and were facing relegation, but a run of five wins and three draws in 10 games since has kick-started their season. They are up to 10th in the Bundesliga and scored a vital away goal in the first leg in Turin.
A 1-0 win and they're through tonight. but Klopp, eloquently as ever, said: "We face the greatest challenge there is in football, to score against an Italian team which will advance with a 0-0 draw."
You can follow a separate live page on that game here, from 19:30 GMT.

"The atmosphere is slowly building here as the home team players come out to warm up. But Barca fans generally don't take their seats until the final few minutes before kick-off, so it's still pretty empty inside the Nou Camp."
A96oaye: There's no reason to panic. We should expect our teams to do well, but not EVERY season. Italian teams are doing much worse!
Mr Aguia: Because the teams are inferior. Utd & LFC to be in the top 5 after playing so poorly for the first half of the season is shocking.
Gau: English teams have 38+cup games and all of them are tough. The other leagues have 2-4 big teams. They have 10 big games a season.

Barcelona emerge from the tunnel for their pre-match warm-up. A smattering of applause and whistles from the home crowd. The travelling City fans will be high up in the stands. Bring your binoculars.
City defender Pablo Zabaleta thinks they can knock Barcelona out of the Champions League and reignite their Premier League bid in the process.
City lost 1-0 to Burnley on Saturday, are six points behind Chelsea, and go to the Nou Camp needing to overturn a 2-1 deficit in the last 16.
"It's not going to be easy, but nothing is impossible in football. You have to be ready for these moments," Argentine Zabaleta said - before he was dropped.
"Things can change on games like this. If you look at the game Real Madrid played against Schalke and the same with Chelsea and PSG, it shows anything can happen in football.
"That's why we need to go to Barca with confidence, with belief and try to do our best to win that game.
"We have played in this competition for four years. It's a competition we want to make progress in."

"I don't think Aleksandar Kolorov is the greatest defensively. You know James Milner will put in a terrific shift and I think he (Pellegrini) will want him to double up on Lionel Messi.
"I don't think you can put Samir Nasri up against him. He doesn't enjoy that side of the game and neither does David Silva so it's got to be James Milner on the left-hand side."
If Manchester City are to pull this off tonight, they'll need to keep all XI on the field.
They have had a player sent-off in each of their three meetings with Barcelona thus far. Martin Demichelis and Pablo Zabaleta last season, Gael Clichy in the first leg this season.
Sergio Aguero, Zabaleta, Fernando and Edin Dzeko are all also one booking away from a suspension. City will hope that they will miss a first leg of the quarter-final...

"If Barcelona play to their maximum it could be humiliating for City. That's my worry. If Barcelona get an early goal it could be three or four-nil."
Go for the throat? Sit back and hit them on the counter-attack? Hit the long ball? How can Manchester City hurt Barcelona tonight?
The TV pundits come to one conclusion: they can't...
Who is already through to the quarter-finals?
Paris St-Germain (beat Chelsea on away goals)
Real Madrid (beat Schalke 5-4)
Bayern Munich (beat Shakhtar Donetsk 7-0)
Porto (beat Basel 5-1)
Atletico Madrid (beat Bayer Leverkusen on penalties)
Monaco (beat Arsenal on away goals)
Barcelona, Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund and Juventus will all hope to join them tonight.
Does this 'go out of the window' tonight?
Manchester City have to score twice tonight after shipping two away goals to Barca last month. At the other end City have only kept one clean sheet in their last 14 Champions League games (2-0 v Roma, December 2014).
Barca will surely test that record, and 16 of Barcelona's 17 goals in the Champions League this season have been scored from open play.
Watford went top of the Championship last night on a packed evening in the Football League. Just three games tonight to keep an eye on.
In the Championship, strugglers Rotherham and Fulham could both do with a win to stay clear of the bottom three. The Millers travel to Nottingham Forest, while the Cottagers take on Leeds at Craven Cottage. Fulham in League One again? It could yet happen.
In League Two tonight, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink's managerial career has got off to a cracking start in this country. His Burton Albion side are top of the division and will stay there whatever happens against Southend tonight. Southend are on song too though, and will go fourth with a win.
