BBC Sport's John Bennett is curious as to what Vincent Aboubakar and his pals will serve up...
In 2010, Vincent Aboubakar was selected as an unknown locally-based teenager for Cameroon's 2010 World Cup squad but in the five years since has emerged as the replacement for the legendary Samuel Eto'o at the helm of the team's attack.
The 22-year-old scored four goals in the qualifiers as Cameroon moved through a difficult group with ease and now turns out for Porto. Some ascent.
James Robinson:, external Favourite goal by an African player is undoubtedly Diomansy Kamara's bicycle-kick equaliser for Fulham against Spurs in 2007.
Ashleigh Davies:, external Best African goal? Sunday Oliseh's goal during France '98. For shock value Francois Oman Biyik against Argentina Italia '90.
Oluwarotimi Finnih:, external Kanu vs Chelsea (1999); Kanu vs Deportivo (2000); Kanu vs Brazil (96 Olympics)... basically, any and every goal Kanu scored.

Mali will look to ex-Barcelona midfielder turned Roma charge Seydou Keita for inspiration. The 35-year-old has 95 caps and could reach the ton here if they enjoy a run to the semi-finals.
Such an outcome may not look likely given the strength of their squad, but they have finished third in the last two Africa Cup of Nations, so they know how to take care of business.
Cameroon have not hit the heights their famous 1990 World Cup run arguably set a platform for, but they have lifted this trophy four times, so know their way around the tournament. Their last success actually came in Mali back in 2002 and it's a good job they probably have fond memories of the country as this time around, the teams have booked into the same hotel.
I hope it's roomy...
Stephane Mbia will not be one of those household names we see today. The Cameroon star is suspended.
Cameroon coach Volker Finke: said "I am very happy to have Stephane Mbia back - he is training with the team and he is completely recovered from injury - it is a pity that he is suspended. But this why we brought in Aurelien Chedjou, so we have another player with lots of experience. It is the first time Chedjou is with the group since the World Cup but he is ready to play and is in good spirits."
And so we switch. Same venue, same vibrant colour, this time Cameroon v Mali.
Some more well-known names on show. A win would be huge now given that opening Group D fixture ended in deadlock.
Oluwarotimi Finnih:, external African players should show the same respect they have for club to country. How many players has Gervinhio slapped in Roma?
That was a bit harsh on Guinea in my humble opinion. They grafted, took their big chance but could not hold out for a famous win.
Hawwa Hassan Katsina:, external Has to be Sunday Oliseh's screamer at France 98. Proper belter.
Justin Daining:, external Easily Didier Drogba's header against Bayern in the Champions League .
Alex Byers:, external Favourite goal by an African? Has to be the last minute winner by Obafemi Martins for Blues vs Arsenal in 2011 at Wembley!

We have now seen four 1-1 draws in seven Afcon matches so far.
There always seems to be a big team in every tournament who just don't cut the mustard. Could it be the Elephants here? They were slow, lethargic and just not too interested for spells. A goal down to a superb Mohamed Yattara volley, Gervinho slapped an opponent and saw red.
His selfish outburst could have been the defining moment in a miserable day but Seydou Doumbia's goal from the bench prevented blushes.
A short corner is worked but the delivery gets smashed away. Back into the mixer...no...full-time.
It looks like the draw will happen here as Boubacar Fofana needs treatment and the game is stopped. He will probably need to go off. Wilfried Bony is trudging around. Not been his day aside from a good assist. We have just seconds remaining...corner to Guinea.
ashutosh:, external I just hope Ivory Coast qualify for the knockouts so that Yaya won't play against us on the 31st.
Ashutosh is obviously a Chelsea fan.
Feyera Aga Hirpa:, external Ivory Coast: perennial underachievers.
Around a minute to go. Guinea now looking most likely without threatening anything clear cut. You'd think Ivory Coast may consider this a major let off.
Yaya Toure is brought off and he does not look happy. Cheick Doukouré replaces him but Toure takes off his captain's armband and his body language could depress a lottery winner.
We have a man down. He is a human skittle. Eric Bertrand Bailly.
Brave young man stood in the way of Kevin Constant's free-kick. Like a defiant boxer, he took the blow, but seconds later, dropped like a stone.
Corner to Guinea. Are we getting another 1-1 draw here?
Isaac Navis:, external If the Africa best player award is given mainly based on international performances, Yaya wouldn't make the first 50. Woeful.
Has he got one more in him?
