Fabian Delph sends the free-kick into the area but no Aston Villa player can make the decisive touch and the chance is gone.
Everyone charges forward as Aston Villa have a free-kick, Fabian Delph is over it. Surely the last chance?
...QPR deal with it again but Aston Villa again come forward. Matt Lowton has the ball on the right, sends in a cross to the near post and Joe Cole is there, he pokes out a foot...wide.
Can QPR hold on? So many nervous faces in the stands.
...Charles N'Zogbia takes the corner, sending it into the area, it is headed away but they win another straight after...
Charles N'Zogbia wins a corner. Is this the chance...
Daniel Woodley: This is what the Premier League is all about! A fantastic advert for a league that has been heavily criticised recently.
Charles Fairweather: This relegation fight is so much more exciting than the other end. Should everyone stay up?
Yemimah Kwoba: Give me one good reason why Charlie Austin is not playing for England?
FOUR MINUTES of added time.
Is there one last twist in this thrilling fixture?
Aston Villa are pushing forward, but QPR have plenty back. The visitors look to have shut up shop.
From the throw, Matt Lowton cuts the ball back for Christian Benteke inside the area, but the ball is just behind him and he scoops his shot over the bar. Chance gone.
Christian Benteke pushes the ball forward, Gabby Agbonlahor can't quite get there but Aston Villa have a throw in.

Former Nottingham Forest manager Stuart Pearce: It's at times like this you're pleased you're not in the technical area and you are a neutral with a microphone in your hand.
"The placement from Benteke couldn't be any better. It was a fantastic free-kick and what a way to complete your hat-trick."
Full-blooded challenges are flying in left, right and centre. Both sides are going for this and both sets of supporters respond by roaring on their respective teams.
Tim Sherwood strides to the edge of his technical area and clutches his face nervously. Chris Ramsey, in the opposite dugout, is standing stock still with his arms folded. A tense finish is on the cards.
Beautiful, beautiful free-kick by Christian Benteke. Up and over the wall and beyond the dive of Rob Green. A hat-trick for Benteke and what a game!
Charles N'Zogbia is straight into the thick of things as he is brought down by Clint Hill, just outside the area. Yellow card for Hill and shooting chance for Villa...
Tim Sherwood responds by throwing on Charles N'Zogbia for Tom Cleverley the closing stages. Nine minutes for him to make a difference.
Aston Villa have to respond now. A defeat will see them drop into the relegation zone. At 45 minutes in they were sitting five points clear of the drop. How quickly things can change.
My word, how about this? Charlie Austin has been virtually anonymous all game, Matt Phillips has been dominated by Kieran Richardson in this half but both come to life with 13 minutes remaining. Phillips wriggles beyond Richardson to get inside the area and crosses for Austin who makes no mistake to fire in his 17th of the season.
Things have just got interesting.
Tim Sherwood turns to his bench again and calls on Matt Lowton to get ready to come on. A few moments later, the defender replaces Leandro Bacuna.
It is QPR's turn to have a bit of an attacking spell but they are struggling to find a gap in the Aston Villa defence. Karl Henry sends the ball out wide to Matt Phillips, but he can't get the better of Kieran Richardson, who sees the ball over the line for a goal kick.
