At the bottom of League One, three teams will join already-relegated Yeovil Town.
Colchester will be one of them if they lose at Fleetwood, Crewe defeat Coventry, Crawley win at Peterborough and Port Vale avoid defeat at Yeovil.
Notts County and Leyton Orient can both go down if they lose to Doncaster and Sheffield United respectively, Crewe win and Crawley avoid defeat - or if they draw, Crewe and Crawley both win and Port Vale avoid defeat.
The second automatic promotion spot in League One is realistically between Preston and MK Dons, with PNE holding a one-point advantage.
Both teams are guaranteed at least one of the four play-off places, along with Swindon.
Preston will be promoted if they beat Swindon and MK Dons lose to Rochdale.
Sheffield United will seal a play-off spot if they avoid defeat at Leyton Orient or if Rochdale do not win. Chesterfield will do the same if they win and Dale do not.
Bristol City are already promoted as champions.
Watford have edged closer to promotion with a win at Brighton, and life at the bottom could also be resolved today.
Wigan, with one win in their last seven, will be relegated if they fail to beat Wolves and if Rotherham beat Norwich.
Millwall will join them if they lose to Derby and the Millers win. The Lions' goal difference means they will be practically down if they draw and Rotherham win.
The situation is slightly complicated by the Millers' three-point deduction, confirmed on Friday, which means they are now one point above Millwall and two ahead of Wigan. They have until 1 May, the day before the final fixtures of the season, to appeal against the decision.
Bottom club Blackpool are, of course, long since consigned to League One next season.
As always, we will bring you all the goals, action and reaction from across the Premier League and Football League right here.

Evolution, not revolution...
Leeds jump up to 15th, Sheffield Wednesday stay 12th. One more match to go before the beach for both.
QPR
Only one change for QPR from their last match two weeks ago. Veteran defender Richard Dunne replaces Mauricio Isla, who drops to the bench.
West Ham hand a Premier League debut to defender Reece Burke, who comes into the side to replace Winston Reid. Elsewhere, Kevin Nolan returns to captain the side with Matt Jarvis also coming into the team. There is no Alex Song or Carlton Cole in the starting line-up.
QPR: Green, Dunne, Onuoha, Caulker, Hill, Phillips, Barton, Sandro, Henry, Austin, Zamora.
West Ham: Adrian, Jenkinson, Collins, Burke, Cresswell, Kouyate, Nolan, Noble, Downing, Jarvis, Valencia.
Southampton's Sadio Mane and Tottenham's Federico Fazio indulge in a bit of American-style wrestling in the Spurs box.
Mane wants a spot-kick after going flying over Fazio's back in the final move of the match, but referee Jonathan Moss is not having it.
Ten minutes to go.

Burnley
Burnley manager Sean Dyche: "Our need for a victory is there regardless of who it's against. We want the players to play to a good tactical framework, but we want to play with freedom.
"We need goals, because we haven't been scoring enough lately. We had a tricky spell earlier in the season and came through, and we need something similar now. We're looking for something for Lukas Jutkiewicz. Sam Vokes has a niggling thigh injury, so it's a chance for Jukes to show what he can do."
Josh Jones:, external Massive day for Leicester City - crucial that we avoid defeat, a win would be incredible!
Adam Wrong:, external I'm a Fulham fan, my new fiancee is a Boro girl. Sitting in the neutral end today to celebrate our engagement.
We hope it ends all square at Craven Cottage then!
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace make two alterations to the side which lost to West Brom last Saturday and they are both at full-back. Martin Kelly and Pape Souare replace Joel Ward and Joe Ledley.
Hull look they will play with two centre-backs instead of three. Defender Alex Bruce makes way for Irish midfielder Robbie Brady.
Crystal Palace XI: Speroni; Kelly, Dann, Delaney, Souare; Jedinak, McArthur; Zaha, Puncheon, Bolasie; Murray
Hull XI: Harper, Chester, Dawson, McShane, Elmohamady, Livermore, Huddlestone, Quinn, Brady, Aluko, N'Doye
Leicester City
Leicester manager Nigel Pearson: "It's always about trying to get the best we have available. We picked up one or two knocks, David Nugent and Jeff Schlupp didn't make it today, but it's an opportunity for other players to come in.
"I think it's an important game for both sides. We have a healthy respect for everyone we play. There is a danger in feeling that the hard work's done, and that's far from the case. When you play a side in a similar situation, there's more at stake. Both sides, I'm sure, will try to win the game.
"We know the season doesn't finish here, or after the next game. We want to keep our fate in our own hands. The longer we do that, the more realistic a chance it gives us."
Four minutes to be added on at Hillsborough.
A little hold-up is fast becoming a long delay.
Attempting to clear upfield with no-one around him, Tottenham defender Ben Davies loses his footing and falls heavily. Eventually the Welshman is carted off on a stretcher, chuffing on some gas and air, apparently having suffered a leg injury and a dislocated shoulder.
He has had better days.
That win for Watford means that: should Bournemouth and Middlesbrough both lose, the Hornets would be promoted. Equally, defeat for one of those two, coupled with Norwich failing to win, would also be sufficient.
Got that?
Quite the welcome back to the Stoke squad for Peter Odemwingie.
Stoke City
Stoke manager Mark Hughes makes just one change from the side that beat Southampton last time out, with Charlie Adam - who scored the winner after coming on a substitute - replacing Glenn Whelan.
Sunderland head coach Dick Advocaat's most notable decision was to leave Adam Johnson out of his 18 after the winger was charged on Thursday with three offences of sexual activity with a 15-year-old.
The Dutch manager makes two changes to the XI who started the 4-1 home defeat by Crystal Palace, with Sebastian Coates and Will Buckley replacing Santiago Vergini and the injured Steven Fletcher.
Stoke City XI: Begovic; Cameron, Shawcross, Wollscheid, Pieters; Adam, Ireland, Nzonzi; Arnautovic; Biram Diouf; Walters
Sunderland XI: Pantilimon; Jones, O'Shea, Coates, Van Aanholt; Cattermole, Rodwell, Gomez; Buckley, Defoe, Wickham
Newcastle United
Newcastle boss John Carver makes two changes to the side that lost to Tottenham. Jonas Gutierrez is back in the team after a row with his manager. He replaces Mehdi Abeid in midfield while Emmanuel Riviere is in for Yoan Gouffran on the wing. Meanwhile, Dutch striker Siem De Jong is in the squad for the first time since August after puncturing a lung.
Swansea also freshen up their side after losing at Leicester last weekend. Garry Monk brings in Nathan Dyer and Jefferson Motero in place of Wayne Routledge and Ki Sung-yueng.
Newcastle XI: Krul, Janmaat, Coloccini, Williamson, Anita, R.Taylor, Gutierrez, Colback, Cabella, Riviere, Perez.
Swansea XI: Fabianski, Rangel, Fernandez, Williams, Amat, Cork, Shelvey, Sigurdsson, Dyer, Montero, Oliviera
