"Football never ceases to amaze, you see it so often. Burnley were still wondering how they missed the penalty and didn't sort themselves out and Leicester were on the attack. Duff just nicked it but it is Leicester who have gone ahead."

"I'm sure somebody said at half-time there would be goals."

That'd be a certain Welshman would it, John?

    Extraordinary!

Cast your mind back a few years and you'll recall Leicester missing a penalty in the play-offs at Watford and conceding a goal seconds later. They've had to wait a while but here's payback.

Burnley miss a penalty, Leicester go up the other end and Marc Albrighton crosses from the right. Veteran defender Michael Duff snakes out a foot, he sends the ball towards his own goal despite the best efforts of Tom Heaton and Jamie Vardy stabs in on the line.

    Big, big goal.

Middlesbrough nearly fall 2-0 behind at Craven Cottage as Hugo Rodallega's header is brilliantly saved by Dimitrios Konstantopoulos.

But now they do! Ross McCormack converts a penalty to make it 2-0 to Fulham.

Lee Gregory completes his hat-trick with his second spot-kick of the afternoon to put relegation-threatened Millwall 3-1 up on fifth-placed Derby.

Ipswich, in sixth, have been pegged back by Nottingham Forest through a Christophe Berra own goal. It's now 1-1 at Portman Road.

A reminder that as it stands, Watford, 2-0 winners at Brighton earlier, will be promoted unless Boro can come back.

  5. MISSED PENALTYpublished at 16:15 British Summer Time 25 April 2015

No pressure Matt Taylor, It's your first start since August, a game of few chances and a win could mean survival. Don't miss, don't miss, don't miss - he misses! He steps up and slams against the post.

Another chance for Hull and Dame N'Doye...oh no, he screws his shot wide from inside the area. That was a great chance to seal the points. Steve Bruce is shaking his head. And no wonder.

Peter Collins: Ever since they scored, I've been waiting for Newcastle to fall behind. No sympathy, they shouldn't have forced Pardew out.

Charlie Fee: How did Newcastle get to 35 points this season...? I struggle to remember such a poor side staying up

Liverpool go close three times over in about as many seconds.

First Mario Balotelli sees a shot blocked, then Boaz Myhill gets a hand to Philippe Coutinho's low follow-up and then the West Brom goalkeeper is back to his feet to snuff out Jordan Henderson's shot at source.

    Great 'keeping.

Burnley, QPR, Leicester. The bottom three has a familiar look about it.

Can either of these two make the big step clear? They have over half an hour to do so. Burnley on top as it stands.

"In the last six matches Hull haven't won at all so it would be a real plus for them if they can get through that one. There's still quite a bit to go, plenty of fresh air between now and the end of the season, so no one should panic just yet.

"For the team's that come up it's always the hardest for them to stop up and that seems to be the case again this season."

QPR are a side on a mission now as Sandro lashes one over the top after a powerful run. A lung-buster through the middle.

"You've got teams fighting for their lives and you want to see goals. You'd think there might be tentative games today but the Burnley game is quite frantic and there could be chances there."

This could be massive for Hull's season.

It is an absolute eyesore of a goal - Robbie Brady bundling the ball through Julian Speroni and into the path of Dame N'Doye who blasts the ball over the line from about half a yard out - but they all count.

As it stands they are up to 16th and three points clear of the drop.

Former Wales striker on Final Score

You want goals? John Hartson has promised us goals.

"I think you will see goals in the second half. Teams have to go for it at this stage of the season and they have to throw bodies at it. It's all been a bit conservative in the first half."

  17. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:08 British Summer Time 25 April 2015

Cracking effort! Aaron Cresswell lines up a free-kick 20 yards out, the West Ham left-back gets plenty of bend on the ball but Rob Green extends an arm to tip it onto the crossbar and away. Unlucky!

  18. Postpublished at 16:07 British Summer Time 25 April 2015

Esteban Cambiasso has played in World Cups, he's won the Champions League, but he's never played at Turf Moor before. Leicester could do with him marking the occasion with a goal but his free-kick is a mite too high.

At the other end Michael Duff's header is deflected narrowly over.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:07 British Summer Time 25 April 2015

Hull are out and hustling. Forty-five minutes to try and put some clear blue water between themselves and the drop.

A long looping cross towards the far post is headed downwards by Dame N'Doye, but Julian Speroni gets a hand to it to block behind for a corner.
