Bad defending is catching across Europe. This is a goal right off the textbook as Barca win the ball back and the transition is frightening. It's three on three, Lionel Messi running at the centre-backs and picking out Neymar to his left, the Brazilian taking one touch and gliding the ball into the corner.
Thierry Henry-esque.
Laurent Blanc has already chewed his thumbnail down to the quick as he sends David Luiz out to warm up...
Ohigho Musa: PSG lack that fighting and aggressive spirit that can take the game to Barcelona's half. I see Barca taking this game.
Belete Eshetea: Hey City, this is how you play against Barcelona.
Neil Roddis: Jordi Alba blatantly dived in penalty area, why no yellow card?

That was baffling defending from PSG. As inexcusable as the full-back who allows Arjen Robben to cut inside from the right wing on to his left foot.
PSG looking scruffy at the back as now Neymar reads the bouncing ball and gets a shot away, but he skies it.
Andres Iniesta conducting the early play for Barca with 13 passes in 13 minutes. And now Lionel Messi hits the post!
You've got to close him down! Who doesn't close Lionel Messi down 25 yards out? Madness. Marquinhos inexplicably allows Messi to take a touch and set himself and the Barca number 10 curls a shot against the post.
In the Championship Watford have taken an early lead against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground. Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo scoring a fourth minute header.
In League Two Danny Grainger has scored a free-kick after two minutes to put Carlisle in front against the league leaders Burton Albion.
Well now, this is a right turn-up for the books. Bayern Munich have momentarily forgotten how to defend as Dante messes up this time, Ricardo Quaresma cashing in with his second of the night.

Eric Cantona recently said that Javier Pastore was the best player in the world but he's had a mare here! PSG's first attack of the night sees Maxwell pick him out but he has a complete air-kick, the ball hitting the ankle of his standing leg. He was only eight yards out.
Think Andy Cole on his England debut. (I think).
If anyone knows how to get the ball off Barcelona, the biggest jobs in Europe are yours. Nobody has mastered the art of stopping the Barca carousel in full swing and it's the men in garish yellow seeing all of the ball so far.
Barca half-heartedly appeal for a spot-kick but that is a poor dive from Jordi Alba, he went down in instalments under Thiago Silva's 'challenge'. Stay on your feet!
Romario scored 1,000 goals in his 22-year career, but the Brazilian striker never set foot in the Premier League. Who else, past or present, do you wish had come to England?
John McEnerney: Paolo Maldini & Xavi Hernandez both class acts who would've been majestic in the Premiership as they were in La Liga and Serie A!
Zred: Romario would've shattered all the scoring records in English football.
Girish Santhosh: Would have loved Iniesta in the Premier league. Would have proved talent is foremost and pace is secondary.
David Vincent Hunt: Javier Zanetti would have been an absolute joy to watch in the English game. He just had so much class.
What a start for Porto! Former Chelsea forward Ricardo Quaresma strokes home a very early penalty to kick-start that tie into life.

Strong start from Barca as you'd expect, Ivan Rakitic on the ball a lot in the opening stages. Not short of a tackler in the PSG side though.
We are up and running in Paris too. Barca in a lime green/fluorescent yellow number.
Under way in Porto.

Anthem time! Lionel Messi is back of the line for Barca as the sides go through the pre-match hand slaps. Barca will get at least one away goal tonight won't they?
Tell us which player, past or present, would you have like to have seen handle a cold night at the Britannia stadium?
Chris in Caerphilly: I know a lot of attention will go on attacking players, but Paolo Maldini was sheer class. In the AC Milan side at 16 and stayed there...Ferguson tried but never got his man and that was the Premier League's loss.
Matt, Northamptonshire: Whilst he was at AC Milan in his pomp (2005-2007) has to be Kaka, Rio Ferdinand says he is the only player he's ever seen quicker with the ball than without!
Will, London: Christian Vieri - absolute beast in the air, strong, lethal finisher and criminally underrated.
So we want the AC Milan side of 2005-7 in the Premier League? Kaka ruined Manchester United that time...
Clatts, flying the English flag once more into the latter stages. Go on son.
PSG: Sirigu, van der Wiel, Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Maxwell, Rabiot, Cabaye, Matuidi, Lavezzi, Cavani, Pastore. Subs: Douchez, Camara, Lucas Moura, Bahebeck, Digne, Luiz, Kimpembe.
Barcelona: ter Stegen, Montoya, Pique, Mascherano, Jordi Alba, Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta, Messi, Suarez, Neymar. Subs: Bravo, Xavi, Pedro, Rafinha, Bartra, Adriano, Mathieu.
