Here comes 18-year-old forward Izzy Brown for his first-team Chelsea debut.

Brown signed from West Brom in 2013, after becoming the second youngest Premier League player, when he appeared for the Baggies aged just 16. He is jeered by the home fans.

Striker Brown Ideye replaces two-goal Saido Berahino. No hat-trick for him.

Chelsea's 19-year-old midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek can be pretty pleased with his efforts. He had 86 touches, the third most of any Chelsea player, with a passing accuracy of 92 per cent.

Saido Berahino almost makes things worse for Chelsea as he blazes over from 20 yards.

"Boaz Myhill has made a brilliant save there - he has had to react quickly. He did very well to get himself back across goal to make the save."

From the corner, Nemanja Matic looks certain to score as the ball is flicked on to him in front of goal but his volley is brilliantly kept out by Boaz Myhill from point-blank range.

    It just isn't Chelsea's day.

It will take some effort for Chelsea to recover from this.

The Blues have lost all of the 31 Premier League games in which they've trailed by three or more goals.

Jose Mourinho's only Premier defeat by three goals was against Middlesbrough in Feb 2006.

Chelsea are still pressing but without much threat. They do have a corner though...

No one can claim Chelsea haven't been bothered this evening.

They look absolutely furious at this score line. Tony Pulis and West Brom have just done a job on them. Sit deep, defend well and hit them on the break. Simple.

That is a surprise. Diego Costa leaves the field to be replaced by midfielder Juan Cuadrado. Lioc Remy will be pushed further forward now.

Costa hasn't played since April and must be feeling it.
