A look at the average positions of West Brom's players in that first half and you can see the Baggies were more than happy to play on the break.

Here come the teams for the second half.

Peter Collins: Just to confirm, the two managers are known for dull, defensive strategies? Are we sure about this? Great match so far!

George Hill: Is Chelsea even bothered now they have won the title? Can't see them being overly bothered on Sunday either.

This is only the third time this season Chelsea have been trailing at half time in the Premier League (Spurs away, Leicester away, WBA away).

Chelsea have had most of the pressure but the Baggies pose a real threat on the break.

The Blues have had more shots, more touches and more possession. It has to be said though, they have struggled to create too many real chances.

Champagne football from the Baggies. They are playing keep-ball deep inside Chelsea's half to the delight of their home fans - who are greeting every pass with an ole. Claudio Jacob eventually fires wildly over but West Brom are enjoying themselves.

West Brom are hungry for more goals. Chris Brunt, who has been a nuisance all night, latches onto James Morrison's through ball but his low shot is saved well by Thibaut Courtois.

Immediately, Chelsea break and Loic Remy's low shot is deflected wide for a corner from an angle. It comes to nothing but what a game.

Chelsea free kick from 20 yards. Filipe Luis sets his sights, takes a couple of steps back but his strike is punched away by Boaz Myhill.

West Brom break but Joleon Lescott gets his feet tangled at the other end and the chance is gone.
