Can Arsenal pick up from where they left off last season?

They were in fine form in the second half of 2014-15, boasting a win percentage of 74% from 27 games in all competitions. Chelsea's win percentage from their final 26 games, meanwhile, was 58%.

It is Arsenal who have started the better here.

BBC Sport's Danny Murphy : "Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has started on the right hand side for Arsenal with Santi Cazola on the left and Aaron Ramsey in the middle.

"A bit of a surprise for me as Cazorla played his best stuff last season in the middle."

Both teams have opted for pace in their attack, with Theo Walcott leading the line for Arsenal and Loic Remy the lone striker for Chelsea.

Remy raids forward in the hope of receiving a pass from Nemanja Matic, who breaks away down the left, but Hector Bellerin has the Chelsea man in his pocket and breaks the attack down.

Former England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

"Brilliant from Theo Walcott - putting Nemanja Matic under pressure like that meant his whole team began right on the front foot. It wasn't the start Jose Mourinho will have wanted - he's already on the edge of his technical area."

Arsenal are biting straight from the off as Nemanja Matic is put under immediate pressure by Theo Walcott, causing him to give the ball away. Fortunately for Chelsea, Arsenal can't capitalise quickly enough before the Blues reorganise.

"Psychologically a win here is great for the new season. I think these two teams will be the closest rivals for the Premier League title and there's a real sense of anticipation around the ground today. It's almost like an FA Cup final."

"I think both managers have shown each other and the occasion great respect by putting out the strongest teams they could have. There's a big game atmosphere around Wembley today - the fans have certainly played their part - and I'm sure it will be fiercely contested."

Petr Cech fist pumps his former Chelsea colleague Branislav Ivanovic as the two teams line up in the tunnel.

Have to admit, it is pretty weird not seeing Cech in a Chelsea shirt.

He is the only new face in the Gunners team, which features nine players who started in the FA Cup final in May.

Interestingly, only 2.9% of you think Raheem Sterling (£49m from Liverpool to Man City) will prove the best bit of business.
