Ex-QPR striker Bradley Allen on London 94.9: "It was a spectacular finish. When that cross was cut back, he had a lot to do - it was at shoulder height. To get the contact and control. That's one of the goals of the season so far."

Arsene Wenger punches the air and rightly so. That is a beauty.

Mesut Ozil takes advantage of some more poor Joel Ward defending and his cross from the left is acrobatically volleyed home by Olivier Giroud.

The Arsenal striker was reaching behind him as he stretched to fire home from 16 yards. Brilliant.

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud, speaking to Sky Sports: “I think we are going to learn from our mistakes, especially on set-pieces. The result last week was really unexpected.

“Every time I play here it’s a big fight – the crowd is amazing. Still not as good as our crowd, but no, it is always nice to play here. They've signed some very good players, including my friend Yohan Cabaye, but we’re going to focus on our game and hopefully going to win today.”

Lewis Chipunza:  No brainer playing Ramsey or Carzola on the wings at the expense of Oxlade and Theo. In Arsene we trust.

Jack Thomas:  Surely Bamford over Wickham

Tim Benson: So the Ox, Man of Match against Chelsea and only player to come out of West Ham game with any credit, gets dropped. Just how badly does Ramsey have to play before Arsene decides he's not playing well!!
