  1. Let's get stuck inpublished at 10:06

Rather than easing into the day with a bit of Sunday morning pillow talk we are going to have to take the cold shower approach this morning as there is so much to get through as we look back to yesterday, flick through the papers and look ahead to today's games.

  2. The day aheadpublished at 10:03

Along with the Merseyside derby and Arsenal playing Manchester United, there is another Premier League game taking place today and that's Swansea v Tottenham at 16:00 BST.

There will be individual lives on the BBC Sport website on each of the games as well as a European live bringing you the latest and best from across the continent, with Bayern Munich hosting Borussia Dortmund and Ajax v PSV Eindhoven.

What a huge, huge, huge, huge, huge day of football.

  3. Mouthwatering footie daypublished at 10:00

Bad. Sick. Wicked. Awesome. Immense. Huge. Maseeeeev.

Whatever your choice of adjective, today is not only one of the above but all of them rolled into one when it comes to the football day ahead.

So, I hope you have cleared your diary and got your jobs done (or put them to one side) to enjoy some of the biggest matches the game has to offer both domestically and across Europe.
