    The problem isn't that Wenger has made so many changes, but the worrying difference in quality between the first 11 and the rest. Unfortunately, Arsenal can be relied upon to come up with a few stinkers each season, and the depth simply isn't there. Fans were screaming out for another defensive midfield player and got no-one. Fans also felt that too many injury prone players were retained - Wilshere, Rosicky, Ramsey, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Gibbs and Arteta. The youngsters are a risk. No problem there, but to bank Arsenal's success on players not getting injured is barmy.

    Let's not forget that Sheffield Wednesday beat premier league opposition away from home in the last round. Don't underestimate the big clubs of a very competitive championship.
