As well as our live text coverage, you can listen to BBC local radio commentaries of plenty of today's 28 first-round ties.
Coventry City v Northampton Town
There has been a late change to the Coventry City starting XI at the Ricoh. Goalkeeper Lee Burge, who was sent off in the first round last season as the Sky Blues lost to Worcester City, now starts.
If one of the teams involved in the first round goes on to lift the FA Cup at Wembley on 21 May (it could happen!), they'll earn £3,442,500. That's if they haven't come through any of the qualifying rounds, of course.
Knew that my GCSE Maths would come in handy one day.
Millwall v AFC Fylde
Millwall have a strong record against non-league opposition but they could find National League North leaders AFC Fylde a tough proposition today.

There's a collection outside the Ricoh Arena today to help Northampton Town, who needed help from the PFA to pay their players earlier this week.
There are five Premier League games kicking off at 15:00 GMT. Follow them here in our dedicated live text commentary.
Newcastle beat Bournemouth 1-0 in the day's early kick-off.
BBC Hereford & Worcester commentator Dan Johnson
Wealdstone v Colchester
Colchester striker Marvin Sordell returns to familiar territory today.
He had a loan spell at the Stones when he was making his way in the game as a youngster at Watford.
“Most of my memories are of being kicked," Sordell told BBC Sport.
"It was my first experience of playing competitive football so it set me along to where I’ve got to – I’m grateful for the opportunity they gave me there.”
Wealdstone v Colchester
Former Wealdstone loanee Marvin Sordell starts up front for visitors Colchester this afternoon.
Wealdstone: North, McLeod-Urquhart, Duffy, Parker (c), Hamblin, Corcoran, Lucien, Lowe, Louis, Davies, Hudson-Odoi.
Colchester: Parish, Briggs, Kent, Eastman, Edwards, Gilbey, Moncur, Lapslie, Harriott, Bonne, Sordell.
Altrincham v Barnsley
The perfect ingredients for an FA Cup first round shock:
Barnsley boss Lee Johnson must have thought his luck was well and truly out when his team were drawn at Altrincham.
The Tykes have lost their last seven league games and sit 22nd in the third tier while Alty have knocked 16 Football League teams out of the Cup.
No non-league side has beaten more...
Altrincham v Barnsley
The teams have now also been confirmed at non-league Altrincham, who host League One Barnsley:
Altrincham: Deasy, Griffin, Moult, Havern (c), Leather, Lawrie, Richman, Reeves, O'Keefe, Crowther, Sinnott.
Barnsley: Davies, Wabara, G Smith, Nyatanga, Mawson (c), Scowen, Pearson, Winnall, Watkins, Maris, Roberts.

Coventry v Northampton
It's just over a year since Coventry returned to their Ricoh Arena home after 14 months playing home games at Northampton's Sixfields.
It's not been plain sailing for the Sky Blues since returning to the city.
As mentioned (a few times) previously they suffered an FA Cup humbling at the hands of Worcester City before only avoiding relegation to the fourth tier on the final day of the season.
However, they've made a strong start to this campaign and currently sit fourth in League One.
Coventry City v Northampton Town
Former Chelsea and England playmaker Joe Cole is not named in the Coventry squad to face Northampton this afternoon. Here are the starting XIs at the Ricoh:
Coventry City: Charles-Cook, Phillips, Martin, Ricketts, Stokes, C.Thomas, Fleck, Lameiras, Murphy, O'Brien, Fortune.
Northampton Town: Smith, Moloney, Buchanan, O’Toole, Diamond, McDonald, Taylor, Adams, D’Ath, Potter, Richards.
Coventry v Northampton
Northampton's main battles lie away from the pitch.
The club faces a winding up petition later this month and players were paid by the Professional Footballers' Association this week, such are their financial worries.
The Cobblers are so hard up that Sky Blues fans are holding a bucket collection for their former landlord outside the ground.
Chris Wilder's men, with two wins and a draw from their last three, might not be in such charitable mood when the match kicks off.

The Alex, currently bottom of League One, host National League side Eastleigh today.
Sheffield Utd v Worcester City
Here are the starting XIs for the game at Bramall Lane, where League One Sheffield United host Worcester City of the National League North:
Sheffield United: Long, Freeman, Harris, Basham, Coutts, Baxter, Collins, Sammon, Campbell-Ryce, Adams, Hammond.
Worcester City: Vaughan, Minihan, Gudger, Thomas, Sharpe, Gater, Nti, Deeney, Burton, Jackman, Vincent.
Former Jamaica international Deon Burton, 39, leads the line for Worcester.
Sheffield Utd v Worcester City
Sunday, 9 November 2014 is a date that will live long in the memory of all Worcester City fans.
The National League North side shocked former FA Cup winners Coventry City thanks to two goals from Sean Geddes to create the biggest shock of last year's first round.
They'll need a similarly heroic performance at Sheffield United today if they're to make it to the second round again.
The sixth tier side will take confidence from the fact the Blades have lost their last two games.
Wealdstone v Colchester
Wealdstone might be best known nowadays for a particularly excitable fan (not pictured above) but they can boast an England legend among their former players.
Stuart Pearce started his career with the Stones before moving on to Coventry City in 1983.
Perhaps concerned his exit had left the team lacking a certain amount of bite they signed a 19-year-old by the name of Vinnie Jones the next year...
The National League South side host Colchester today. The U's will probably be hoping the current Wealdstone players aren't quite as tasty in the tackle as Pearce and Jones.
