    Willian set up Diego Costa for the opener. The big striker has just repaid the favour. Costa chases onto a long ball forward and squares it to the Brazilian midfielder, who guides the ball home from close range.

    That's three goals from three shots on target from Chelsea.

  4. Chelsea break again as Diego Costa tries to find Eden Hazard but Rolando Aarons, at fault for the goal, intercepts the pass. Newcastle are looking the opposite of solid at the back. Liquid at the back?

  5. Newcastle goalkeeper Rob Elliot has had six touches so far - every one has been a misplaced pass. Chelsea have scored their two shots on target.

  7. I put money on Pedro being the Premier League top scorer when Chelsea signed him at the end of the summer. That's his third league goal of the season - only another 15 or so to go.

    That's what happens when you play a winger at full-back. Rolando Aarons plays a horrendous pass across the pitch for Newcastle, which Pedro intercepts. The former Barcelona man is about 45 yards from goal, but he flies away, never looks back and tucks the ball past Rob Elliot from outside the box.

    I don't want to sound rash, but game over?

  9. That's Diego Costa's seventh goal in his last eight Premier League appearances. He's been a great player for Guus Hiddink so far.

  10. If Newcastle lose by two goals today they will slip into the relegation zone on goal difference, after 18th-placed Norwich drew 2-2 with West Ham today.

    Willian comes forward for Chelsea and plays the perfect through ball to masked Diego Costa, who slides the ball past Rob Elliot from close range.

    A win would take the Blues nine points above the relegation zone.

    We need to start picking up points away from home. Chelsea are hard to beat, very dangerous opponents, but we focus on ourselves. We need to be on the front foot. We have to go to Chelsea with no fear and have a go. We owe it to the away fans.
