I'm not so sure that Fernandino was even shooting there, he was wide on the right of the penalty area and just hammered it across goal and Simon Mignolet let the ball go between his body and his arms. 

It's a wretched error and Liverpool now have 40 minutes or so to respond. 

How many of this City team will still be in place once Pep Guardiola has his suede loafers under the desk? We shall see. It could be a very interesting summer coming up. This XI have not offered much today but still had the best chance.
