Not looking good if you are travelling north today.

Man City v Leicester (12:45 GMT)

    John Carver
    Former Newcastle manager

"It is an amazing fairytale. They are down to 14 games. I was in the dressing room with Kevin Keegan and the staff when Newcastle were challenging. It is around now that you start to think about winning it. Do Leicester have enough players who can step up when the pressure is on? I'm not sure they can deal with it. The longer it goes the more comfortable they will feel but it comes down to the last three games really.

"When you talk about individuals you talk about Vardy and Mahrez and Drinkwater, but the biggest success in this is how much of a unit they are. They know the structure and they play to their strengths."

Mark Thornton, from Abingdon: For the QPR v Spurs FA Cup in 1982 (I was 12), we were returning to school in a minibus, and found ourselves in all the spurs traffic heading to Wembley. One of my schoolmates thought it'd be funny to pretend we were on our way too...to support QPR. We made homemade posters, and for half an hour had great banter with the spurs fans. As we got nearer to the stadium the mood changed and the coach started being pelted with empty beer cans, so we suddenly took all the posters down...

The Manchester Evening News says that there is queuing traffic on the M6 and motorists are advised to use alternate routes.

The motorway is expected to be closed for the next couple of hours while police attend the scene.

The team bus for Manchester City arrives outside the Etihad to a roar of funk bass, as each player is called out on the microphone. It's like the start of an NFL game but with more rain and less fireworks. Can't see it catching on in the lower leagues...

Claudio Ranieri is a good few minutes behind his players as he arrives at the Etihad back door. He goes out of his way to shake every member of the City staff by the hand on his way in. Classy touch.

He then collars Jamie Vardy - on his way out to do a pre-match interview - and gives him a bear hug. Lots of laughing and joking, looks a very happy camp.

    And so it should be!

Ken Ansted: A mate and I had coach tickets to go see West Ham at Swansea back in the 80's and decided to hijack another mate and take him with us (he was still a bit hungover from the night before). It wasn't until we were way down the M4 before he could phone his missus and try and explain what had happened. The Hammers won 5-1 if I recall and he had some serious grief from her for several days.

Jason Brookes: At the 1990 cup final at Wembley watching United v Palace. The United team bus was arriving so I pushed my way to the front of the crowd to get a glimpse of the team. As the team coach arrived the fans started singing, me included and a horse with a copper on its back became startled and started jumping up and down. The horses hoof landed on my foot and stayed on it for what felt like an age. The horse eventually got off and I collapsed in agony. I was told by first aider that my foot was probably broken and I need to go hospital. I refused and went to watch the game which ended 3-3. I went hospital when I got home and my foot was broken in three places.

Big fan of this one. This is what happens when you try and get a close look at Danny Wallace...

Man City v Leicester (12:45 GMT)

Beat Manchester City this lunchtime and Leicester will win the Premier League title, but draw or lose at Etihad Stadium and they will have to settle for second place.

That is the verdict of SAM (Sports Analytics Machine), the super-computer built by Ian McHale, professor of sports analytics at the University of Salford, together with his colleague Tarak Kharrat.

We've asked SAM to predict the outcome of every Premier League game between now and the end of the season - and the results suggest the race will be so tight that the destination of the title hinges on this one game.

Andy from Kent: FA Cup 1991, Everton v Woking. Arrived 5.30am to travel to Liverpool to be told no beer on the coach..... Waste not want not, we necked it all there and then and spent the next 4 hours on the coach with numerous visits to the toilets.

Tom from Norwich: Overslept for the coach to Bournemouth, had to sprint to the train station and pay £100 for the train, for a 3-0 loss. On the way to Villa on the train now, overslept again....
