  1. Noble for England?published at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2016

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

    John Hartson
Former Arsenal and Wales striker on BBC Radio 5 live

"Mark Noble is having the season of his life. Whenever I've seen him play he has been fantastic. He just sits in, intercepts the ball and keeps it nice and tidy.

"If he does not get an opportunity at this summer's Euros then he will never get a chance. Who else is there? Jordan Henderson has more experience but, yes, Noble deserves a chance for England."

  2. CLOSE!published at 9 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Old Trafford falls suspiciously silent as Darren Randolph starts another West Ham attack. Wing-back Aaron Cresswell gets free on the left and whips over another belting cross, Andy Carroll attacks it brilliantly but his header is high and wide. Great effort though!

Carroll then closes down David de Gea superbly. He may be injured at any minute but when he is fit and on his game Carroll remains a unique threat...

  3. 'What a chance'published at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2016

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

    John Hartson
Former Arsenal and Wales striker on BBC Radio 5 live

"What a chance after five minutes. Andy Carroll is allowed to turn far too easily, he puts in Emmanuel Emenike with only David de Gea to beat, but he snatched his shot and it went three or four metres past the post."

  4. Postpublished at 7 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

West Ham look a really athletic side, they swarm forwards in numbers. Dimitri Payet has his first sight of goal with a very difficult shot on the turn but he screws it wide.

  5. Postpublished at 4 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Good game in these early stages as both sides look to attack with width and pace. Aaron Cresswell motors up the left for West Ham and puts over a very nice cross to find Andy Carroll. On his left foot, not his forehead though, and he slams over.

A minute later and Carroll plays in strike partner Emmanuel Emenike, he burns past the covering defender and shoots wide!

    A clear opening...

  6. 'A really good start'published at 16:07 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2016

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

    John Hartson
Former Arsenal and Wales striker on BBC Radio 5 live

"It has been a really good start from Manchester United. Marcus Rashford is looking sharp, they are getting the ball into the box and that was a half-chance there for Jesse Lingard."

  7. Postpublished at 2 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Corner to Manchester United, whipped in and Marouane Fellaini nods over the top. Bright start from the hosts. Loud start from the visiting fans.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 2 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Andy Carroll immediately ragdolls Daley Blind out of the way as he brings the ball down on his chest. I wonder how he and Marcos Rojo will deal with Carroll at the back stick?

United's attack poses different problems as the pace of Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford link up well. Reid is late on Martial and earns himself a 90-second yellow card.
