    Chelsea 0-2 Man City

Chelsea have created little in this half, causing few problems to a City defence which has been rocky on the road this season. The Blues enjoying possession, but they aren't crisp or clever enough to trouble the visitors.

Another substitution. Fabian Delph is receiving instruction from Manuel Pellegrini and the former Aston Villa midfielder will replace a hobbling Samir Nasri.

  4. YELLOW CARD - Mikelpublished at 72 mins

    Chelsea 0-2 Man City

Mikel clips the back of Samir Nasri's heels and referee Mike Dean deems that worthy of a yellow card and not many would argue with him.

A burst from Ruben Loftus-Cheek, a glimpse of his potential, and the youngster gives the Blues much-needed momentum, which ends with a corner which is squandered.

For possession, there's currently only one team in it. For opportunities created, thre's only one team in it. For goal threat, there's only one team in it.

Chelsea are changing their line-up, a double change. Off go Pedro and Willian for Kenedy and Bertrand Traore. Will it make a difference?

Max Baggins-Craig: City have looked a well oiled & efficient team, whilst Chelsea definitely look bereft of any ideas at all

Chris Arkwright: This @ChelseaFC, external are spineless, lacked fight, too many players looking to blame others and not put a shift in themselves

Daniel Woodley@DeBruyneKev, external is a player that could really improve Chelsea. Maybe they should sign him? Oh wait.

Pablo Zabaleta, who has just escaped a second yellow card, is being forced to come off the field, replaced by Bacary Sagna.

Zabaleta sees his number on the board and shrugs towards the bench. He doesn't think his afternoon should be coming to an end, but it's a prudent move from Manuel Pellegrini.

    Chelsea 0-2 Man City

Here go City again... picking passes out as if Chelsea's defenders were ghosts. Samir Nasri is through on goal, the angle is a zany one and once again Thibaut Courtois comes to his team's rescue.

Yaya Toure lines up for a free-kick, 20m or so to the left of Chelsea's goal. The captain trades power for accuracy and it hurtles at a headache-inducing pace into Chelsea's wall.

It's difficult to imagine how Chelsea are going to dig their way out of this hole.

If De Bruyne hadn't been out injured Man City would of walked away with the title. No doubt about it, class act!

Guus Hiddink's unbeaten record at Stamford Bridge appears to be coming to an end. The Blues started this half brightly but, once again, they were unable to match City for pace and guile.

City content to keep possession, spraying it around nicely, and drawing a foul out of Mikel as he attempts to steal the ball from Samir Nasri. The Blues under pressure.

Helen Verlander: For the first time in a while, Chelsea's season is over at this stage, and for a few players, it's starting to show.

Sergio Aguero now becomes the fifth player to score 20 goals in three different seasons - following Shearer (7), Henry (5), Van Nistelrooy (4) and Les Ferdinand (3). A fine purchase.

Chelsea are creaking, Samir Nasri sniffs a chance but Gary Cahill nicks the ball before the Frenchman can take aim.

"Early in the move there was an embarrassing scene, Kevin de Bruyne and Cesc Fabregas both started runs together and by time de Bruyne reached the penalty area there was 20 yards difference. Embarrassing.

"Aguero has just strolled forward looked up and thumped it past Courtois another world-class goal by Aguero."

We're running out of superlatives to describe Kevin de Bruyne. Chelsea lose the ball in City's box and, in a blink of an eye, Sergio Aguero has the ball in the back of the net.

De Bruyne causes the damage, cutely side-stepping a defender in his own half, gaining acres before feeding Samir Nasri, who releases Sergio Aguero. The Argentine narrowly avoids the offside trap and finishes with a sniper's calm.

Chelsea monopolising the ball in this half. Pedro energetic down the left flank, forcing a corner off Pablo Zabaleta. The former Barcelona forward has been Chelsea's forgotten man to some extent this season, but he's finding form as the campaign reaches its conclusion.

The corner? Oh, there's nothing to tell you. It came to nothing.
