    Bournemouth 1-2 Chelsea

Good start to the second half by Chelsea as Baba Rahman fires a ball across goal and Diego Costa is inches away from getting his boot on the end of it and diverting the ball into the net. As it is, Bournemouth survive.

    Papiss Cisse (47 mins)

Almost a carbon copy of the start of this game as we have a quick goal. It seems Newcastle do know what to do if they get inside the area as Papiss Cisse heads home Vurnon Anita's brilliant deep cross. This one isn't over yet.

"Chelsea aren't cruising. Pedro had a chance to put the away side 3-1 up but it's been end-to-end. There's definitely going to be more goals in this one."

Aston Villa also make a change at the start of the second half as the club's under-21 captain Kevin Toner replaces Micah Richards.

If Big Sam can't stand to watch Newcastle because of 'the tension' - he definitely shouldn't be watching Line Of Duty - that's the most tense thing there is!

If Sturridge shouldn't go to the Euros, then so shouldn't Rooney as he has hardly scored this season. Sturridge in Rooney out. For me Sturridge Kane Vardy and Barkley.

I am no expert on Belgian Football but how Can Hazard be in their Euro team after the season he has had?

If you don't want your milk spoiling then stick it in the Liverpool box. It's cold in there, as this Newcastle heatmap shows. They've barely stepped foot in the hosts' area, and finished that half without a shot on or off target.

  11. 'We have been found lacking'published at 15:55 British Summer Time 23 April 2016

    Man City 4-0 Stoke

    Stoke City

Stoke manager Mark Hughes: "Once again we have conceded poor goals which is a recurring theme. There are certain fundamentals you need to get right and we have switched off from a corner. The first goal is so important in the Premier League.

"We were a million miles away from where we need to be in the first half. We are lacking the pace and power you need in key areas of the field.

"I'm not one to look at injuries but we have got guys coming back from long-term injuries and playing through injuries. It's difficult. We have issues but we should help ourselves.

"It's a long, hard season and a few of the lads have allowed their intensity to drop.

"We need to address it quickly. We have been found lacking in three games against good teams."

  12. 'It hasn't been good enough'published at 15:52 British Summer Time 23 April 2016

    Man City 4-0 Stoke City

    Stoke City

Stoke midfielder Glenn Whelan: "We are going through a difficult stage, we are feeling sorry for ourselves. This is not the Stoke City I am used to playing with and we owe more to our fans.

"We don't want the season to fizzle out, we have three games to turn it around. Listen, we need to look at ourselves. It hasn't been good enough. We are giving away soft goals."

  13. League Two latestpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 23 April 2016

York City's stay in League Two will be over if results stay the same as they trail 1-0 against Accrington, who strengthen their automatic promotion hopes.

Oxford are third as they lead Hartlepool 1-0 and Bristol Rovers are one up against Exeter and are up to fourth.

Elsewhere, Dagenham, who are already relegated, lead Plymouth 3-0, Wimbledon lead Leyton Orient, and Portsmouth are winning 1-0 against Wycombe.

Sturridge should not go to France, what commitment has he shown to England by making himself unavailable during qualifiers when he was actually fit. Overrated.

My main worry for Liverpool on Thursday night is not injuries nor drug bans but the fact Mignolet has probably forgotten how to make a save.

    Jermaine Jenas

"Westwood took it well. It wasn't a beautifully worked goal, there was a bit of a coming together and it fell to the Villa man but at an awkward height, and he dealt with it well.

"It's horrible for the fans, but it's horrible for the players as well, relegation. This is as horrible as it gets, letting the fans down. Villa just have not been good enough this year."

Good to see Southampton and Aston Villa recognise 400 years to the day since Shakespeare's death with a comedy of errors.

A ball is pumped into the Southampton box, a Saints defender air kicks, two Villa players run into each other but Ashley Westwood profits by lashing home the loose ball.
