Final Score
Final Score is live now on BBC Red Button and online. Keep across all the goals from all the games this afternoon with Jason Mohammad, Trevor Sinclair and Jermaine Jenas.
With Northampton Town already crowned champions, the race for the final two automatic promotion places looks likely to go to the wire.
Just two points separate Accrington in second and Bristol Rovers in fifth, with three games remaining. Oxford United and Plymouth occupy third and fourth respectively.
All four are at home today: Accrington v York; Oxford v Hartlepool; Plymouth v Dagenham & Redbridge and Bristol Rovers v Exeter.
If York fail to beat Stanley, they'll be down - although a point for Newport at Luton would see the Minstermen join Dagenham in the National League next season.
Man City 4-0 Stoke
All over and that was as routine a win as they come for Manchester City.
They move up to third and bump Arsenal down a place.
Derby 1-1 Sheff Wed
All over in the Championship and it ended honours even. Barry Bannan's opener was cancelled out by Darren Bent.
Here's what it does to the championship play-off picture. If Cardiff lose against Bolton today, Sheffield Wednesday will be confirmed as the final team in the play-offs.
If Cardiff win, that could make next week's match between the two sides very interesting.
Nigel Clough's Burton will secure a play-off spot - and tighten their grip on the second automatic promotion place - if they win at Colchester.
Anything but a victory for Colchester against the Brewers would relegate them - and even a win might not be enough if Fleetwood beat Blackpool at home and Shrewsbury take three points at Gillingham.
Wins for Fleetwood and Shrewsbury would also mean Doncaster have to beat Coventry at the Keepmoat to survive for one more week.

Matt, Chislehurst: How come there hasn't been the same hype about Iheanacho as there has been about Rashford? OK he's not British but he has just as much talent.
Man City 4-0 Stoke
The face says it all.
Mark Hughes may have loved to have got one over his old team today but his players haven't responded. They've played like they are already on the beach at Benidorm.
That is where well-paid footballers go, isn't it?
Samson, that could be a very, very strong way to end our Shakespeare-related chat before we get down to this afternoon's football action.
Still time for the rest of you to pen something if you are feeling poetic.

In terms of your Shakespearean sonnets, this one may just top the lot. To Samson from London we doff our caps.
If football be the food of love, play on;
Give me excess of it, that, struggling,
The Arsenal title bid may sicken, and so die.
That March again! it had a dying fall:
O, it came o'er my ear like the silent sound,
That comes from a bank of fans,
Paying and giving nothing!
Enough; no more: 'Tis not so sweet now as it was before.
O spirit of Bellirin! how quick and fresh art thou,
That, notwithstanding thy capacity
To pass the ball, nought enters the goal.
But what we shall be next year,
A title and a ticket with low price,
Even in a minute: so full of hope is belief
Though it is all high fantastical.
Aston Villa v Southampton (15:00 BST)
Relegated Aston Villa make two changes from the side that lost to Manchester United - Micah Richards replaces Ciaran Clark and Carlos Sanchez comes in for Kieran Richardson.
For Southampton, Jay Rodriguez makes his first start in seven months. He's one of four changes from the side that drew 1-1 at Everton. Cedric, Oriol Romeu and Steven Davis also come in. Out go Cuco Martina, Jordy Clasie, Sadio Mane and Graziano Pelle.
Liverpool v Newcastle (15:00 BST)
Kolo Toure comes in to Liverpool's central defence in place of Mamadou Sakho after the latter was taken out of contention following news of Uefa's investigation into a failed drugs test. Daniel Sturridge starts in attack in place of the injured Divock Origi. With the Europa League semi-final first leg this week, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp also rests Nathaniel Clyne, Lucas and Philippe Coutinho, with defender Connor Randall and midfielders Kevin Stewart and Joe Allen coming in to the side.
Liverpool starting XI: Mignolet, Randall, Toure, Lovren, Moreno, Stewart, Allen, Milner, Lallana, Firmino, Sturridge.
Subs: Ward, Coutinho, Lucas, Skrtel, Smith, Ibe, Ojo.
Newcastle stick with the same starting XI that earned a point against Manchester City on Tuesday. Their only change is on the bench, whereHenri Saivet is replaced by Kevin Mbabu.
Newcastle starting XI: Darlow, Anita, Mbemba, Lascelles, Dummett, Townsend, Tiote, Colback, Sissoko, Perez, Cisse.
Subs: Woodman, Mbabu, Shelvey, Wijnaldum, Aarons, De Jong, Mitrovic.
Man City 4-0 Stoke
Jimmy Armfield
Ex-England captain at the Etihad Stadium for BBC Radio 5 live
"Iheanacho took the goal well. We know all about his talent. It was Bony who made that with the pass but Iheanacho has proved a point once again when he gets a chance.
"He has something that Rashford has - pace. It comes at the right time and took him past the Stoke defenders."

Alan Ferguson: Mark Hughes will be delighted that his Stoke team are consistent. Another game. Another 4 goals
Kelechi Iheanacho (75 mins)
Oh dear Stoke. Oh dear indeed.
Kelechi Iheanacho races clear of the defence and shows great composure to stroll past Jakob Haugaard and poke into the net.
The Potters have now conceded four goals in a game for the third successive game. Leaky.
Bournemouth v Chelsea (15:00 GMT)
Bournemouth make two changes from their 2-1 loss to Liverpool, with Marc Pugh and Lewis Grabban coming in for Max Gradel and Matt Ritchie. Callum Wilson is on the bench as he continues his return from injury and he is joined by Benik Afobe.
Three changes for Chelsea. The big news is Eden Hazard makes his first start after a five-game absence with a hip/groin injury - Ruben Loftus-Cheek makes way. Gary Cahill is ill, so John Mikel Obi will play at centre-half with Nemanja Matic coming into midfield. Thibaut Courtios is suspended and is replaced by Asmir Begovic.

A H Damani: Upon his throne I hear McAnthony roar. The mighty Posh failing not soar. Upon This Rock I seek the promotion chalice.
Jordi 30SomethingLDN: How about during the Merseyside derby the other night? "O Romelu, Romelu, wherfore art thou Romelu?"
Armandowski: Hail LVG, o hail thane of the red army. Thou shall always be defeated until Fellaini forest moves out of Carrington.
Derby 0-1 Sheffield Wednesday
An important goal for Sheffield Wednesday as Barry Bannan puts the visitors ahead. As it stands, the Owls are sixth and nine points clear of Cardiff. A massive boost to their play-off hopes.
