Mauricio Pochettino looks as cool as a cucumber that has been festering in the fridge. The Spurs manager is laughing away in the tunnel before he is grilled in front of the television cameras.

    Then it's the game face....

"I think we need to believe and first of all we need to win tonight," he says. "We know we need to play well and get three points. All is possible in football, we still need to believe, we still need to fight and we need to win the games.

"I think it is achievable to win all of our games, but need to worry step by step."

You'll get to see how your guesses fare against other supporters and pundit Mark Lawrenson, plus get feedback from BBC Sport's team including Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer.

Speaking of Lawro, here is what he had to say about tonight's game...

"West Brom have taken only one point from their last five games and it is hard to see their form improving on Monday.

"Leicester set down a marker by beating Swansea so convincingly, but Spurs will win this and keep the pressure on.

    "Prediction: 3-0"

As the Premier League title race hots up, our colleagues at BBC Newsround asked young Leicester and Spurs fans to show us their support, as loud and proud as they can.

We asked what song title would perfectly sum up your team's season. Here's what you've said so far...

Mark Brandon: "I Will Always Love You" Whitney Houston (in relation to West Ham's final season at Upton Park).

Vaughan H: Good evening Phil, I'd go with 'King of Wishful Thinking' for Everton's Martinez's phenomenal season.

Robert Rees: Ace of spades. As when we play so fast it reminds me of it. #bbcfootball, external#lfc, external

The Baggies' solitary win in the past 12 Premier League meetings came at White Hart Lane last season when James Morrison scored the only goal.

West Brom haven't won in five matches. They have won just one of their past 12 away games in the division.

They've only scored once in the past five games. Relegated Aston Villa are the only side to have scored fewer Premier League goals than the 31 by West Brom this season.

The Baggies are not going to pose a problem to Tottenham tonight, right? Right?!

As you know, two notable absentees for Albion. Goalkeeper Ben Foster and striker Saido Berahino are both missing. Why? Because of ankle injuries, we're told by Baggies boss Tony Pulis.

Boaz Myhill, surprisingly sporting plenty of hair in a fluffy side-parting and beard combo, takes over between the sticks. Record signing Salomon Rondon starts up front in place of Berahino.

Boaz Myhill is currently warming up at White Hart Lane. He'll be starting for the Baggies in goal. He's had quite the transformation as well, from shaven-headed to bearded, floppy-haired hipster. Feels like he's grown that at record speed. Has he been on the Dimoxinil like Homer Simpson?

Tottenham's team news is simple. It is the same XI which started last Monday's 4-0 win at Stoke. Left-back Danny Rose, centre-back Toby Alderweireld, midfielder Dele Alli and striker Harry Kane all start.

    Soundtrack to your season

So Spurs' pre-match music has got us thinking. We want to know what song title would perfectly sum up your team's season?

Leicester could be soundtracked by Foxes-supporting Kasabian's 'Underdog', for example. Or Villa fans might pick Rolling Stones's 'Doom and Gloom'.

But you can do much better than those hastily-thought efforts! Tweet the soundtrack to your side's season using #bbcfootball or text 81111.

Tottenham invited their fans to pick the tunes to soundtrack the pre-match highlights of their recent wins - with some predictably-optimistic titles being chosen. Can't believe 'What Does The Fox Say?' - that novelty dance track by fancy-dress-wearing Norwegian barnpots Ylvis which almost crashed t'Internet a few years ago - didn't make it...

If Tottenham do manage to overcome Leicester's current lead to win this season's title, they have a claim for best late comeback in Premier League history.

The only comparable comebacks at this late stage of a season would be in 2013/14, when Liverpool were six points clear of Man City but had played a game more (35 to 34).

Surely N'Golo Kante isn't going to slip and let Loic Remy run through to score a winner for Chelsea on the last day?

Is this title race already over, regardless of what Tottenham do tonight?

We have a video of Jermaine Jenas and Stoke midfielder Charlie Adam reflecting on Leicester's 4-0 victory over Swansea and debating whether that result spells the end of Tottenham's Premier League title hopes.

To quote Jenas, "it is match point to Leicester and Tottenham's serve".

    No Jamie Vardy? No problem.

Leicester were without their top-scorer yesterday but still hammered Swansea 4-0 to restore their eight-point lead at the top of the division and keep the pressure firmly on Tottenham.

As a return shot to Spurs' equally-emphatic 4-0 win over Stoke last Monday that is one hell of a forehand smash back over the net.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino may select the same team who thrashed Stoke 4-0 last Monday.

Midfielder Nabil Bentaleb, who is recovering from knee surgery, is the only injured player in his squad.

West Brom boss Tony Pulis bemoaned his side's lacklustre display in losing 2-0 at Arsenal on Thursday and could recall Salomon Rondon and Jonas Olsson.

Alex Pritchard is ineligible to face his parent club even if he recovers in time from an ankle injury.

Arsenal's draw at Sunderland yesterday means this most unexpectedly brilliant of Premier Leagues can only be won by either Leicester or Tottenham (a sentence that, 12 months ago, would have elicited the same response as "Mourinho won't make it to the end of December at Chelsea" and "Ben Affleck will be the best thing about Batman v Superman").

The game of cat and mouse that the pair have been conducting over the last few weeks is now nearing its conclusion. If Spurs win tonight they remain on City's tail. Lose, and they may as well hand them all the cheese on a big silver platter.
