Matt Barron: Don't care what you say, Suarez should have been sent off and Barca definitely get all the big decisions going their way

Charlie Smith: A story of ex-Liverpool strikers at the Nou Camp. Both scored, one is sent off and one should have been. Luis wins the day

    Bayern Munich 1-0 Benfica

It looks like it's going to end up as a frustrating night for Bayern and her fans - Franck Ribery has a shot saved but for all their dominance and pressure it's just that one very early goal in the bag. Tricky away leg in Portugal to come.

    Barcelona 2-1 Atletico Madrid

Felix Brych shows a yellow cardImage source, Getty Images

Atletico Madrid could have been down to nine men! Neymar dinked the ball away and Lucas Hernandez just chopped him down. Referee Felix Brych decides that it's only a yellow which is probably about right, but it was hugely cynical.

Atletico have 12 minutes to keep the score at 2-1.

    Luis Suarez (74 mins)

What a header! Luis Suarez bullets Barcelona into the lead after a quick-fire one-two with Dani Alves, who has been Barca's main outlet all night from right-back. Alves side-footed the cross into the middle and Suarez generated huge power to beat Jan Oblak from 10 yards or so. Terrific technique.

  7. Championship latest scorespublished at 21:18 British Summer Time 5 April 2016

Fulham have not kept a clean sheet for six months so it's perhaps inevitable that Preston have equalised at 1-1 through Marnick Vermijl.

A turnaround at Stadium MK as Wolves come from a goal down to lead relegation-threatened MK Dons 2-1.

It remains 0-0 between Burnley and Cardiff at Turf Moor, while Brighton and Middlesbrough are leading in their respective matches.

Kingsley Coman runs with possessionImage source, Reuters

Into the last 20 minutes in Munich, where the hosts have pushed on France wonderkid Kingsley Coman. The visitors would have settled for this before kick-off. They would have been praying for this after Arturo Vidal's second-minute goal...

Grumpy expat: The sooner football adopts a sin bin the better. Whole tie ruined by the sending off. Barca no angels but no yellow cards...

Andy Rudd: That is why I can't sympathise with Atletico, who wants to watch a team who actively tries to limit the time spent playing?

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:15 British Summer Time 5 April 2016

Luis Suarez is now in the book for pushing over Filipe Luis, he was hands on to the face there. He's skating on thin ice!

    Bayern Munich 1-0 Benfica

Another good chance for Benfica! And again it's dangerman Jonas, exactly who they would have wanted the chances to fall to. This time his shot is well blocked by Javi Martinez and he can't scramble the loose change over the line.

One all is still a good result for Atletico - but with 25 minutes to go you wonder if they can not concede again. Barca absolutely rampant.

    Luis Suarez (63 mins)

The benefits of an out-and-out striker are there for all to see again. Dani Alves puts in another fine cross, Jordi Alba coming in off the other flank scuffs his shot across goal but it hits the shins of Luis Suarez in the six-yard box and it bundles home.

Suarez's 44th goal of the season!

Total Barcelona dominance. The opening 15 minutes of the second half have been like an attack v defence training drill.

Blackburn are down to 10 men after goalscorer Craig Conway was shown a straight red for a tackle on Alex Lopez. Almost from the restart Sheffield Wednesday had restored parity to 1-1 through an Adam Henley own goal so Rovers are up against it.

There's been a red card at Derby too, with things going from bad to worse for Hull as Moses Odubajo is sent off for dragging down Rams winger Tom Ince when he was through on goal.

And Bristol City have equalised against Rotherham. Peter Odemwingie scoring from 10 yards to make it 1-1.

This is perhaps the world's most watchable practice match as Barcelona try to score past a nine-man blanket in dark blue. Gerard Pique is basically playing up front. I wonder if Barca will throw on more attackers?

    Bayern Munich 1-0 Benfica

Jonas of Benfica shootsImage source, Rex Features

A rare chance for Benfica as the prolific Jonas forces a good save from Manuel Neuer, who palms it out. An away goal for Benfica would be very interesting.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:02 British Summer Time 5 April 2016

    Barcelona 0-1 Atletico Madrid

They can't survive this, surely? Atletico Madrid are just waiting for the ball to hit the net, it looks inevitable! Barca all over them, five up front v a back eight! Lionel Messi gets away from some of the blue wall and hits a low shot which Jan Oblak pushes out and Neymar can't sneak it in.

  20. CLOSE!published at 21:00 British Summer Time 5 April 2016

    Barcelona 0-1 Atletico Madrid

We may have found a weakness in Neymar's game. That's another simple header from a Dani Alves cross that he hasn't taken, this time nodding tamely at Jan Oblak. Duncan Ferguson would have had two goals tonight for Barcelona...
