Divock Origi's hard work is over. He has done a good job for his team, not least of all with the away goal. On comes Daniel Sturridge to provide a fresh pair of legs in attack.

But that is a yellow as Sokratis (I'm going with the name on his shirt!) sends Origi to the turf with a late tackle.

Alberto Moreno isn't taking prisoners. He dives in recklessly - both legs off the ground - on Christian Pulisic near the Dortmund byeline. It is a foul but somehow not a booking according to the ref.

Liverpool respond with a change of their own as Adam Lallana - on a booking remember - is replaced by Roberto Firmino.

Dortmund had to do something. Sven Bender is replaced by Sokratis Papastathopoulos (thanks for that one Thomas!) and Christian Pulisic is on for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who hasn't done much to be fair.

Dortmund free-kick. 25 yards from goal. Gonzalo Castro chips it in and Dejan Lovren heads clear. 15 minutes to go.

While Dortmund are dominating possession, they are not being allowed to test Simon Mignolet as much as they would like. That is testimony to the organisation and work-rate of the away side.

Divock Origi has a thankless task on his hands now. His role is to provide respite for a defence that is facing wave after wave of Dortmund attacks. He needs support, though, otherwise every alley he runs down is a blind one.

Too easy for Dortmund. Liverpool have a chance to apply some pressure but Hummels gets in ahead of Clyne and produces a neat flick to take the ball away from danger. Class.

Mamdou Sakho does an important job for Liverpool with a block to prevent Marco Reus collecting his own chip forward. This all came following a glorious pass from centre-back Mats Hummels with the outside of his boot that found Gonzalo Castro. Liverpool have their mentality set on "contain".

It is all Dortmund now. They attack down the right and it takes a combination of Dejan Lovren's upward header and Simon Mignolet's punch to clear the ball from danger following a curling cross.
