Kieran Tierney looking very good in his debut. Other than that, this is a flat an atmosphere as I can remember here.

"It's not been a scintillating watch, but Scotland have put together two or three passing moves of really high quality, the last of which almost ended in a fine goal by Steven Fletcher. Kieran Tierney and John McGinn have acquitted themselves well on their debuts. Neither looks remotely fazed by playing international football."

Scotland 1-0 Denmark
Better from Scotland, much better. John McGinn spreads the ball out to Steven Whittaker and the full-back whips in a great cross for Steven Fletcher's bullet header to force Kasper Schmeichel into a superb save.

Quote MessageScotland haven't done much after that impressive opening eight minutes. Since then, it has been a bit patchy for them and Denmark have had the better of the game.

Set piece in a promising position for the Danes? Check. Christian Eriksen poised to swish his boot at it? Check. Cracking ball into the box? No. The visitors fail to make Scotland pay with an uncharacteristically poor delivery from the pint-sized Spurs protagonist.
