Hull City v Sheffield Wednesday (17:00 BST)

Sheffield Wednesday’s season started slowly and question marks were being raised about whether Carlos Carvalhal was the right man for the job. However, following the acquisition of several players in the latter stages of the August transfer window the Owls slowly started to build the season.
Under the charismatic Portuguese coach, the Owls play an attractive brand of football; players such as Fernando Forestieri, Barry Bannan and Kieran Lee have shone in attack, while Tom Lees and Keiren Westwood have been a major part of an excellent defensive unit.
It’s 16 years since the Owls have been in the top flight so it would mean a great deal to all concerned at Wednesday should they to make it back.

Hull City v Sheffield Wednesday (17:00 BST)
It's been an interesting ride following Hull City in recent seasons.
Relegated from the Premier League in 2010, promoted in 2013, FA Cup finalists in 2014, relegated in 2015...
Promoted again in 2016?

Hull City’s season has been one of inconsistency, something manager Steve Bruce acknowledges cost his side automatic promotion. If you include the play-off defeat to Derby County, The Tigers lost 12 games in total. Many of these losses came against sides in the bottom half of the table and included defeats at Bolton Wanderers, Rotherham United and Leeds United. They were also held at home by MK Dons.
However, when they played the leading teams, Hull City came into their own. They demolished Middlesbrough 3-0 at the KCOM stadium and were one of the few teams to inflict a defeat on new champions Burnley. In both games The Tigers looked every inch a Premier League team.
In short then, Hull City fans will wonder which team will turn up. The one that on its day can brush teams away with disdain or the nervy side which took to the field against Derby County, already 3-0 up, and nearly threw the chance to go to Wembley away.
It is the Hull City way. They never make it easy for their fans.

This is Wembley - the home of English football. It's where England won the World Cup in 1966, where Wimbledon shocked Liverpool in the 1988 FA Cup final, where Paul Gascoigne scored a wonder goal against Scotland at Euro 96.
It's also where the promotion dreams of many have been made or crushed in play-off finals over the past three decades.
Swathes of fans have travelled from South and East Yorkshire to North London, desperate to witness their team win promotion to the Premier League - and with it earn an estimated £170m windfall.
Welcome to the BBC's live text and radio coverage of the Championship play-off final between Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday.
