Tom Hayes: Can't see the Swiss B team doing much against #ROU tonight to be honest

Joe Wedgwood: Not happy with Deschamps for resting Payet and Giroud. There is fantasy football at stake here Monsiuer Deschamps!

Rob Elmore: Am I the only person who thinks Pogba is overrated?

All eyes are on Switzerland midfielder Granit Xhaka to see what’s coming to the Premier League with Arsenal. He’s a good passer, likes to control a game. The only thing that worries me is his disciplinary record – five red cards in three years. He’ll have to curb that.

Wonderful noise inside the Stade Pierre Mauroy as Euro 2016 reaches crunch point. Teams are about to be sent home. These two should be going through, but the Swiss need a point to be sure.

  5. What is Paul Pogba?published at 19:54 British Summer Time 19 June 2016

    Switzerland v France (20:00 BST)

    Thierry Henry
Former France International on BBC One

Paul Pogba is the talk of the town. I think he’ll play on the left today, where he’s more comfortable. He plays there for Juventus and will be in front of Patrice Evra.

He’s young and still trying to find what he’s really good at. He can do everything, but right now does he score a lot of goals? Not yet. Does he pass a lot? Not yet. Does he stop a lot? Not yet. The whole country wants him to do well. He’s a great player.

In each game, the midfield and strikers haven’t been the same. The only thing unchanged is the goalkeeper and defence. This will be one of the first times a team arrive in the last 16 and we don’t know who’ll start or what the formation will be.

Interesting to keep an eye on France forward Andre-Pierre Gignac tonight, who starts in place of Olivier Giroud. He was often linked with a move to the Premier League but instead chose to go to the Mexican league - a move which led him to say he had a 5% chance of making this squad. Well, here he is!

Albania have been unlucky, especially in the Switzerland game. Armando Sadiku missed two good chances.

The Paris fan zone just under the Eiffel Tower is absolutely rammed tonight. We could see some excellent celebratory scenes if France score.

Fifteen minutes to go. Time to leave it all on the line if you're in the dressing room of France or Switzerland. The Swiss look likely to join France in the last 16 but they need a point to make sure.

Hats off to the Albania fans, who have travelled in numbers to see their team play at a major tournament. Some 25,000 are expected in the stands tonight.

Will Fuller: Not a fan of having to wait until 7:30 for my first football fix of the day!

Adrian Jones: #FRA team selection almost offers #SWI a draw which would suit both teams

Andy Baxter: I presume we're all watching #Fra #SUI and not pretending we're football hipsters by going for the other one....?

Momentum is key in a tournament. If you start off well, it can carry you through. Dimitri Payet has been the shining light so far. If they improve, they have a chance of winning the tournament.

"It should be a good game. France will want to win all their games. Dimitri Payet has been the player of the tournament so far.

"They’ll want to make a point tonight. Switzerland should have enough to go through to the last 16 - they’ll be dangerous opponents."

"Winning the group is massive. It makes it an easier path to the final. We’ve seen France struggling in the first two games. We won those games without playing well, we won them because we were at home. Hopefully we can play better."

We still haven't had a goal from open play in the first 30 minutes of the tournament. It's been the late, late show every time. Is this the game that changes it all?
