Dial in to BBC One, or BBC Four, for coverage of tonight's games.

It's channel one for the France game, a significantly higher number for the hipster's choice, Romania v Albania.

I was in Lille last weekend for the Germany v Ukraine game. Cracking stadium. I'm sure Jason and co will enjoy themselves tonight.

What are we thinking about the French XI? Sensible from Didier Deschamps?

EEnder in Wales: Well I'll probably flick around but I'll start with #ROMALB since it's on BBC4 I'm expecting cultured football

Peter Dudley: Really fancy the Swiss to beat the French tonight and top the group, expecting another strong performance from Granit Xhaka

    Switzerland v France (20:00 BST)

"So far, so good," is the message from French great Thierry Henry as he discusses France's tournament so far. He admits that the team are yet to really find top gear on the pitch but they are through to the last 16 with a game to spare. Can't ask for much more than that.

    Switzerland v France (20:00 BST)

Switzerland make one change, with 19-year-old Basel striker Breel Embolo replacing Haris Seferovic, who has disappointed so far.

Valon Behrami had been a doubt with a knee injury, but he is fit to start. He, Fabian Schar and Granit Xhaka are all one booking from a ban, but the Swiss are not in a position to rest anyone with qualification not secure.

France make five changes despite top spot not being guaranteed yet. Dimitri Payet, one of the stars of the tournament, is benched.

Paul Pogba and Antoine Griezmann return after being dropped for the last game, while Premier League midfielders Yohan Cabaye and Moussa Sissoko and Mexican-based striker Andre-Pierre Gignac come in.

    Switzerland v France (20:00 BST)

Indeed, the Swiss meet the French in a group game for the fourth time in the past seven major tournaments. Unfortunately for the men in red, Switzerland’s last victory against France was in May 1992 (2-1 in Lausanne).

    Switzerland v France (20:00 BST)

These two near neighbours met in the World Cup just two years ago - and boy were there goals!

Olivier Giroud got the party started as France went 5-0 up, the Swiss eventually pulling two goals back. It finished 5-2. We'd take that tonight...

That team selection has frankly done neither my fantasy team nor my bet on Giroud for the golden boot any good. Selfish from Deschamps.

  10. Who goes through?published at 19:12 British Summer Time 19 June 2016

Uefa - perhaps already getting sick of the number of people asking them - have done a liitle video which does its best to explain who makes it through to the last 16.

It could come down to the Uefa co-efficient...

    Switzerland v France (20:00 BST)

Switzerland make one change to their side and it's an exciting one, as teenager Breel Embolo starts up front.

Swiss XI: Sommer, Lichtsteiner, Schär, Djourou, Rodríguez, Behrami, Xhaka, Džemaili, Mehmedi, Shaqiri, Embolo.

France make five changes as they rotate and rest Payet, Martial, Kante, Matuidi, Giroud...

  13. Through without scoring?published at 19:03 British Summer Time 19 June 2016

If you're still confused - like me - the Guardian's Rob Smyth has summed up the whole 24 down to 16 shakedown rather nicely.

"When they kick off on Monday, England will have 12 potential opponents in the last 16, from Germany to Iceland," he said., external

"That’s if they get through. England and Germany, top of their groups with four points, could still go out; Turkey, pointless and goalless, may still go through. Under the current system it’s possible to progress without winning a game, without scoring a goal, or after losing your first two games."

  14. Is third good enough?published at 19:03 British Summer Time 19 June 2016

    The waiting game

In this Euros - comprised of 24 teams for the first time - finishing third in your group could well be enough to get through.

Only eight teams are eliminated from the group stage, so four teams who finish third will go through.

This does mean the slightly odd spectacle of a team finishing third tonight - and not knowing if they are through yet...

    France 2-0 Albania

Forget the scoreline in this game, it flattered France. For 89 minutes Albania frustrated the tournament hosts and looked set for a deserved point, but let their guard down in the final minute and Antoine Griezmann took full advantage.

They were similarly dogged against Switzerland in their group opener, battling bravely despite being down to 10 men for almost one hour.

They won't go down without a fight.

  19. Vardy to stay?published at 18:53 British Summer Time 19 June 2016

Some news from home in England...

Leicester striker Jamie Vardy is set to reject an offer to join Arsenal and stay with the Premier League champions.

The 29-year-old England international has not made a final decision, but is understood to favour extending his time at the King Power Stadium.

Arsenal made a reported bid of £20m for Vardy, activating a release clause in his contract and offering him a deal reported to be worth £120,000 a week.

Leicester responded with an offer said to be worth £100,000.

Arsenal do not plan to improve their offer and are thought to be pursuing alternative options.
