That's all from us after another magical night for Leicester City as they kick off their Champions League campaign with victory.

Can they go on and win it all? Surely not, but there's probably a few Foxes fans who are daring to dream.

The football keeps on coming as the Europa League takes centre stage tomorrow. See you then.

Here's how it looks in Group C after the first round of fixtures. Barcelona and Manchester City already boast very healthy looking goal differences after emphatic wins...

...In Group E Tottenham are propping up the standings, with Monaco's win at Wembley putting them top.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola speaks to BT Sport: "Thanks for all the players for making me and the fans so happy. I hope our football can be better and better and all the fans can come here and see us. We need the support and the stadium full to compete against the best.

How good is Sergio Aguero compared to those you have coached before? "One of the best. Because of his special quality in the box. He is special, a special player."

A word on Ilkay Gundogan's debut: "He played after three or four months injured, he played with such intelligence. He is an amazing player. He was dribbling, he arrived in the box at  the right moment at the right tempo, we are so happy to have him here."

"There have been seven official games and we have won all of them. Every time we play better and better. Today we learned a lot. Except of the last 15 minutes in the first half, after we dominated and played really good."

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, speaking to BT Sport: "We conceded a goal after 16 minutes that, at this level and in football, you cannot concede. We conceded the second in the same circumstances as the first. We improved in the second half and had chances to win the game but after conceding the first they started to play comfortably with the ball and with calmness.

"They had only two shots on target and scored twice. We feel very disappointed with the result, we deserved more but you cannot concede like we did."

It's a second Champions League hat-trick for Sergio Aguero this season after he bagged three against Steaua Bucharest in the qualifying-play off back in August.

He becomes the first non-English player to score two Champions League hat-tricks for an English club side, prompting Liam Gallagher to pen the below poem. Beautiful stuff...

Leicester striker Jamie Vardy: "It's the perfect start. We showed exactly what we can do. No fear, we just played our football and let that do the talking."

Claudio Ranieri, speaking to BT Sport: "It was an important win for us after the Liverpool defeat. We scored very early and that gave us more confidence during all the match.

"Club Brugge moved the ball very well, they had the control of the ball but we had control of the match and that was good for us. Maybe at the beginning we surprised them.

"I said to the players when you hear the Champions League music it charges the battery and makes you fight."

Riyad Mahrez: "It's a good start, but we have to clear our minds and focus again for a big game on Saturday."   

Marc Albrighton: "To score the goal was an unbelievable feeling. It was just how I'd seen it in my dreams."

Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta: "I though we were on top of them from the first minute until the end of the game. We are very pleased with the performance of the game. We are in a very tough group so it was a huge win for me."

Debutant Ilkay Gundogan: "I'm very happy. It's a perfect day for me. I was waiting for this moment for a long time and it was good. I tried to work hard and will now look forward to the next game. It's not easy after such a long time. Four months of rehabilitation is always hard. When you don't have the opportunity to have a friendly game to use, to come into the game I started from zero and I think it went very well. I'm very happy."

Twice in the space of five days Rotherham draw 2-2 at the New York Stadium having led.

A fair result on balance? As with the match against Bristol City, the stats again suggest the away side had the better of the game - 63% possession, 22 shots at goal, but the scoreline is level.

Lap it up, Leicester fans. Early days, but your side have their first Champions League win under their belt and are top of Group G.

Spurs defender Toby Alderweireld: "Scoring creates momentum and we dominated the game in the second half. We had chances but we couldn't score. We put a lot of energy in but we couldn't force it."

Midfielder Dele Alli: "I'll play wherever the manager wants me to, it's not a problem. We started poorly and they punished us for it. We did enough to win the game but we didn't take our chances.

"Monaco are a good team but we weren't ruthless enough. The fans came out in numbers and never stopped singing. We need to pick ourselves up and win the next game."

Well that is an underwhelming start to the Champions League for Tottenham. The men in white wear looks of frustration and dejection. It was a flat performance all round really. That goal from Toby Alderweireld on the stroke of half time promised to tee up an onslaught but that never arrived.

In the stands Daniel Levy applauds loudly. That's the bottom line. 

Well, you knew it was going to happen didn't you? Real Madrid, 1-0 down with 89 minutes on the clock, have scored two late goals and now lead 2-1. Cristiano Ronaldo equalised before Alvaro Morato got what looks set to be the winner.
