A second change for Leicester as Ahmed Musa repalces Jamie Vardy for the final 20 minutes.

Leicester's title defence in the Premier League has yet to spark into life, but they've been very good tonight. Have Club Brugge underestimated the visitors? Or are the Foxes playing like the Foxes of old?

Air of expectation inside Wembley from Tottenham's fans now - Monaco simply unable to get out of their own half since the break. Spurs just need to guard against the sort of sloppy work that saw them concede in the first half.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 63 mins

    Club Brugge 0-3 Leicester

First change for Leicester as Islam Slimani, who has worked hard on his debut, is replaced by Leonardo Ulloa.

Moments later, Club Brugge go so close to pulling a goal back as Jose Izquierdo dances his way into the area and places a shot beyond Kasper Schmeichel, but it strikes the far post.

    Tottenham 1-2 Monaco

Spurs threaten from another corner but the men in black shepherd it out of danger in the end. Can the home side find an equaliser here? They have Vincent Janssen and £30m Moussa Sissoko on the bench.

Nicklas Bendtner's last competitive appearance, in February, was at Schalke for Wolfsburg in the German top flight. Tonight, New York is his stage. Well, sort of. The New York Stadium in Rotherham, we're talking about.

The 28-year-old former Arsenal forward is on for his Nottingham Forest debut with an hour on the clock.

GOAL - Club Brugge 0-3 Leicesterpublished at 60 mins

    Riyad Mahrez

Riyad Mahrez steps up to take it. He's not had the best of records from the spot recently but is on the money this time, sending the ball confidently down the middle. A superb Champions League debut for Leicester!

  11. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 56 mins

Chaos at Wembley. Spurs have a corner and Fabinho is booked for tangling with Dele Alli. The home fans celebrate, but a penalty is NOT given. The ball was not in play.

  12. PENALTY TO LEICESTERpublished at 59 mins

  13. Postpublished at 56 mins

    Club Brugge 0-2 Leicester

Almost a shocking Champions League debut for Benoit Poulain as the Club Brugge defender plays his pass back to keeper Ludovic Butelle short and he is in a battle with Islam Slimani to get to the ball first. Butelle takes a massive risk, selling Slimani a dummy but it pays off as the ball runs behind both of them and Poulain is able to sweep up.

  14. Postpublished at 54 mins

    Tottenham 1-2 Monaco

That's the best chance of the night for Harry Kane as he gambles on a ball forward, gets there ahead of the Monaco defence, but when he pushes it on to his left foot and strikes it's well blocked by Jemerson.

  16. Postpublished at 49 mins

    Man City 2-0 Borussia Monchengladbach

Sergio Aguero came back out for the second half and Pep Guardiola's decision to keep him on the pitch for the second half almost pays off immediately as the striker gets to Raheem Sterling's cutback, but Yann Sommer does well to deny his shot.

  17. CLOSE!published at 49 mins

    Tottenham 1-2 Monaco

Oh yes, this is more like it from Dele Alli! A dipping volley from 22 yards, connection to die for, clean as a whistle and Danijel Subasic has to push it away.

Alli is playing further forwards since Mousa Dembele came on. It's a yes from me.

Nope, Bjorn Engels can't continue and on comes Belgian defender Benoit Poulain.

  19. Postpublished at 47 mins

    Tottenham 1-2 Monaco

Great feet from Dele Alli! The ball is going dead in the corner but he shifts it between his feet and flicks it to Christian Eriksen. Sublime. His cross is good and Harry Kane is only denied by an excellent clearance.

    Club Brugge 0-2 Leicester

Club Brugge are momentarily down to 10 men as Bjorn Engels heads down the tunnel to get an injection to ease the pain. He looked in some considerable discomfort.
