Northern Ireland make their final change as Sunderland midfielder Paddy McNair, who started his country's last game in the Czech Republic, replaces Fleetwood's Conor McLaughlin.

Conor Washington spins and shoots from the edge of the box but it's easily held by San Marino keeper Aldo Simoncini, who is surely man of the match here.

Big 20 minutes for Scotland boss Gordon Strachan? His side have had 13 attempts on goal but just one shot on target. Must do better.

Fiodor Cernych has just gone oh so close to a second for the visitors. Tense times.

San Marino keeper Aldo Simoncini makes his eighth save of the game - he has been the only thing keeping the visitors in the game. The 30-year-old was a promising youngster in Serie B until a car crash 11 years ago which could have killed him.

Here comes Northern Ireland's hero in Euro 2016 qualifying. Kyle Lafferty replaces Josh Magennis up front for the final 17 minutes.

Washington just needed to side-foot it into the net and he has gone for power.

San Marino make their second change as Enrico Golinucci replaces Matteo Coppini. Don't ask me for a detailed tactical analysis on that one.

Jamie Ward has Northern Ireland's latest shot - it's incessant now - and Aldo Simoncini again parries it away with Conor Washington volleying the rebound wide.

Surely San Marino can't keep it at 1-0. Surely. Twenty minutes left.

It's Muller time. 

Yep, Thomas Muller has another for Germany. He's made it 3-0 against Czech Republic and you'd imagine the defending world champions have the win in the bag now.

Jamie Ward is the latest NI player to test Aldo Simoncini. The goalkeeper is a good shot stopper but loves to parry the ball. He is fouled in the follow-up and they have a chance to get the ball away.

Now Josh Magennis has a shot. Simoncini saves and, you've guessed it, palms it into the danger zone but nobody is there to turn it home.

Niall McGinn forces another save from goalkeeper Aldo Simoncini. A second goal is coming now surely. San Marino played OK (relatively) in the first half but they've totally gone now.

Home fans momentarily think they have scored again as Josh Magennis turns home Stuart Dallas' cross but he was definitely offside. It's rightly disallowed.

Now Niall McGinn pings a shot over from 25 yards.

That was the first time Northern Ireland have passed through the centre of the defence.

I was expecting the net to bulge but Davis just got underneath it and put his shot over the bar. 

Northern Ireland are really turning on the pressure now. Steven Davis plays a one-two with Josh Magnennis but the captain's strike from the edge of the area flies just over the bar. It does feel like a second goal is coming.

Since going down to 10 men, San Marino have offered nothing.

How is this not 2-0? Niall McGinn gets the ball down on the left wing, cuts inside and curls an effort which Aldo Simoncini does well to keep out. But the goalkeeper can only parry it to Stuart Dallas, who turns the rebound over from six yards out. He wasn't expecting it but probably should have done better anyway.

Robert Lewandowski seals his hat-trick. The Bayern Munich striker gets his and Poland's third but Denmark immediately reduce the deficit to two thanks to a Kamil Glik own goal. It's 3-1 in that game.

Meanwhile, Germany have also increased their lead against Czech Republic as Toni Kroos fires home from outside the box. They lead 2-0 now.
